Tim offered to drop the wine off that evening, even though I do not live close to Cobham. I did not notice his email. But the wine still arrived by courier on Christmas Eve morning, only 18 hours from ordering. For a small company I think that’s wonderful. Above and beyond expectation.”

Although the store doesn't normally ship outside the UK, Sally went to a lot of trouble to change the online store system and make shipping to Germany possible.
