“Excellent service here, great staff very busy here. The shop was clean and the staff were friendly, we had tried to do an online order but as we were driving this wasn't very successful so we parked up around the corner and ordered instore which was excellent the food was prepared and cooked quickly was piping hot and delicious too. We were driving to Gatwick Airport from Suffolk and this is an ideal location to stop for food, will definitely be back.”

“Shopping experience turned into a nightmare. Mistreatment from Eurocarparks and dept collectors asking for £170 payment. I will never be using any Sainsbury's in any part of this country or my life. I would rather shop at Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl etc. I never had this issue with them and it would cost much lower as well because I wouldn't get ridiculous fines like this. Edit: Today I have received response from Sainsbury's that they have cancelled the PCN and that I do not need to take any further action. Thank you Sainsbury's. Can't express enough about how much of a relief this was for me.”

“Fantastic facilities. I enjoyed the Pilates class. Sometimes the smaller pool is quite busy in the mornings (splash time) but I can always relax in the sauna and steam room. Best slush puppy in Brentwood.”

“Handy local shop and post office with nice staff...ideal for top-up shopping and last minute buys...loyalty scheme and offers always present and nice to see local foodstuffs on sale. If I'm being honest, the expansion into the retail area next door which if I recall was a launderette made more internal space but seemed to lessen choice of goods on sale but maybe this was unconnected....”
