“Myself and my daughter went for dinner expecting a nice pub roast, but the menu was Thai only, well we chose from the menu we ate and my God the food was absolutely out of this world great choice too, enjoyed it thoroughly.”

“I've found this spot some time ago, frankly it needs a mention. Easily one of the most under rated venues in Croydon. The staff are down to earth, helpful and add a vibrant splash of colour to the place, those they come into contact with love them. “We went for my son’s 9th birthday and everything was great. My son loved the food and he is a fussy eater! He ate the tomato pasta with garlic bread. Six people came including three adults and three children. Two children ate adult meals and all rated 5*s. I loved the atmosphere and the chef and waitress were amazing and attentive. I ate the seafood spaghetti and I enjoyed it i would say 4 out of 5. The pizza looked amazing and the calamari are definitely the two that stood out and we all took a liking to. My seat did need a shake to remove a little mess and the table had minor crumbs. Otherwise the table was ready when we arrived as I called ahead. All was put right quickly and we all very much enjoyed the meal.”

“We ordered Uber eats today from this place for the first time, and we were really impressed with the food quality and the size of the proportions. Together with the 2 English breakfasts we ordered 2 bacon baguettes, and because they didn't have baguettes bread, they sent it over 2 bacon buns for each one of us, which was very thoughtful and kind of them. “Le Bon Cafe, a popular spot for breakfast is an unsuspecting Moroccan restaurant which I have been meaning try. Finally went in but didn't try the Moroccan dishes as planned but will revisit again another time. To be fair, the Moroccan menu had a good range of the usual suspects like the tangine, pancakes and briwat. It seems the breakfast is more popular possibly because it is cheaper than the Moroccan dishes. I had the American pancakes with salmon and scrambled egg which was how it should be. It was served stacked which was quite different and the pancakes were thick and soft unlike the supermarket ones which you can buy. Will return for the Moroccan dishes so I can compare it to the ones at Shepherds bush which are a third cheaper.”

“The only bar worth visiting in Croydon if you enjoy craft beer. Excellent range of beers both on tap and in the fridge. They usually have food available at weekends, and on weekdays you’re welcome to bring food in. Knowledgable staff.”

“Food was delicious. The decor is beautiful too. I had the scallops for starters and they were cooked to perfection and the lamb rump for main was also nice. The drinks / cocktails were rather expensive for a Croydon restaurant but they were also pretty good. Portions are not the biggest to order some sides if you’re hungry.”

“My secret to a perfect day: double egg, bacon,onion and mushroom sandwich with a drizzle of brown sauce...The two brothers are proud in what they do - hard to find these days... and ask for runny eggs. My mouth is watering while typing although I just had a toasted BLT(on the diet - new years resolution. Still asked to throw a runny egg in it.)”

“Visited a couple of times since restrictions were lifted. Very professional service with staff attending tables to take orders regularly. Definitely London pricing, cocktails will set you back £9.50+ a pop but they are delicious and pack a punch. And the food!!!...I had the hake, partner had the bone marrow burger - I have not had food that good since the Michelin starred Albert's Table closed down. Outstanding! You do need to book in advance and you only get 2 hrs per booking per day. Not all tables have heaters but vast majority do and 90% of tables are covered. On our 2nd visit the heater above our table wasn't working which was a shame because we would have stayed longer if it had been. A must visit for cocktail lovers and foodies alike.”

“My favorite cafe love the Cappuccino, food&the service of the staff is 5 star.I strongly disagree with the negative people That have put negative posts up about Cafe Tresor,I've been drinking cappuccino &ordering toasted chicken healthily food wraps.On a whole I dont like a full English breakfast but I have had it from here.They do it to your exact order here.Its always so busy.They have outside sitting also.The staff are really friendly very helpful.Atmosphere is A+.They never mind you taking photos Plus the owner is very friendly.”
