“My BMW 640i, originally went in for a major service + engine warning light. In short the engine had serious faults, which BMERC methodically took the time to diagnose one part at a time, ie rather than change a whole bunch of parts and not solve the issue. In the end, the engine was rebuilt with most components changed. BMERC always kept me in the loop, and sourced the best parts direct from the manufacturers. My car is now like brand new, and I cannot thank Ercan and the team enough. I will always return to BMERC for their professionalism, honesty, and friendship. Thanks to the whole team.”

“A very good shop! You can find nearly everything you need for home from cooking tools to gardening stuff. Quite a lot of useful things like air fryers and baking dishes. The staff is also nice. Always go there if I need anything!”

“My favourite ironmonger. Everything is well laid out, the shop is always spotless and gleaming, the prices are marked and the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been coming here for cleaning products, lubricating oils, paints, tools, lamps, lights, bulbs, wicks, naphtha, chimney flue cleaners, fixtures, fittings and batteries - probably more stuff than that which I've forgotten . . . like really, really long matches! Anyway, a great shop, a great place to shop and a great way to shop - I'd never get the same service on-line.”

“Deniz has made my first-time buy an absolute dream and I cannot thank him enough. It’s been a longer process than is traditional (all on me) and the patience, understanding and commitment to providing exemplary service was comforting. Amazing support, huge knowledge and a friendly approach are just the start of the journey using Platofs. Deniz made all this possible and there’s no way to convey my appreciation. Please consider him for your purchase - there is a reason all of the reviews are the highest possible accolade”

“Our little boy joined the baby room at The Hyde in February and he absolutely loves it there. He settled in super quickly and has wonderful fun filled days. The staff are lovely, warm and caring and you can see the bonds between the babies and them. The space is beautiful with lots of light, lovely toys and a really nice garden space where they often spend time. They do lots of activities to learn through play and build relationships with one another. He has really thrived since joining and we love how much he enjoys going and feel really lucky and grateful we found The Hyde.”

“Ali and the team are the most wonderful and gifted team of hairdressers I've ever come across. I've been coming here for 5 years and they always make me feel and look a million dollars. I have really difficult frizzy and curly hair but Ali is an absolute genius and is somehow able to make my hair look amazing! I spend a lot of time on camera because I'm a speaker so my hair has to be just right. Ali delivers this every time! He's a wonderful human being and a gifted hairstylist. I highly recommend him and his lovely team. ❤️”

“Great shop with quality products and knowledgeable staff. Got some heavy duty padlocks plus had additional keys cut and the guy behind the counter was first class. Will come again.”

“Excellent local Shop friendly shop, and the owner being a former plumber knows what he talking about. Once I wanted to to "fix" something my self and instead of just selling me something he strongly advised me to get a plumber as it was not as easy as I thought it would be, and the other time I was struggling to find a plumber to come and do an urgent job, and he made one phone call and an hour later someone was at my door and the problem was fixed. What more can I say. Try getting that level of service at a big chain shop.”
