Richard Black came out and looked at my car and gave an honest opinion on what could be done and what needed to be done for my car to be returned at the end of a 4 year lease to incur no charges from the lease company. He fully valeted my car and sourced the correct paint to touch up a few minor scratches. The car looked amazing and when collected the agent said the car was in amazing condition and I incurred no penalties as a result so thank you.”

After the service they explain everything clearly that they have done plus do a diagnostic check so you are aware of potential difficulties. “Being a female driver I wanted to take my car to a MOT centre without being patronised and spoken to in a condescending manner., Therefore, I decided to do a google search for the best MOT centres near my area which is where I found St George’s MOT. Centre, There were others that had good reviews but St George’s was rated five star., however what made me decide to go other than being rated five was because there were quite a few reviews by women drivers who had bad experiences elsewhere and I could relate to what they were saying so I decided to take my car along to be MOT. Initially I was slightly on guard when I arrived however that soon disappeared when I met the lovely Paul. He was pleasant, polite and very welcoming, even offering to put the heating on and to make me coffee while I sat and waited for my MOT to be completed. Duting the expection Paul brought to my attention that one of my tyres needed to be changed in order to pass the MOT he showed me where the tyre was no longer roadworthy and recommended a tiyre shop which was just a five minute s drive away however I ended up purchasing them from a different shop and had them changed the same day, I returned to the MOT centre where Paul passed my cars MOT. Paul customer care was fantastic, he honest on what needed to. be done. He was very patient with me even though I had gone and came back probably two hours later and that was without me even paying , I paid on my return. I highly recommend St George’s MOT I am extremely particular I have high expectations in everything and anything I do and I have to say that Paul exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning to have to my car serviced there..”

“Chris has done a fantastic job at Blackfen Accident Repair Centre, my car front bumper was damaged from an accident, It wasn't just a straight forward bumper change needed colour matching and needs a lot more parts and wing repair properly but looks a lot better now the whole bumper had shifted over as well. “These guys are genuine, honest and would do anything to help if they can! I got completely screwed over by another MOT centre, I fixed the faults on the car and contacted Danny at DA MOT Centre. He was very helpful on the phone and in person once he had booked me in for a MOT. Both guys here were friendly, knowledgeable and happy to explain things to me, and I walked out with a passed MOT and confidence in my understanding of my car. Even though it is such a great service they managed to book me in at short notice and the price I paid… I was happy to give them more, but they said thank you but no thank you! Now if that is not loyalty to your customers then I do not know what is!! I can not rate this service enough. All I can say is I will not be using any other garage going forward! 10 / 5 stars guys! Honest and genuine staff, aftermarket goods are alot more genuine than eBay, and the prices are totally acceptable to the quality AND services within the store.
