    “I have been given refund by British Gas because I topped up the wrong electric key/card. I got the refund in form of RTI code. Nobody in any PAYZONE or super Payzone knew what an RTI code was. Some said oh we don't do refunds and other claimed upgrades. But the man behind the counter in Lotus knew. It is essential that Payzones be staffed by people who know how to top up using RTI.”

    “I booked a flight for 4 of us (2 adults 2kids) from London to Dubai to visit friends for the end of 2021 when I had thought we’d be in a good place with COVID. However, Dubai was moved to red and things were looking far from straightforward. Anyway, I phoned My round trips in may 2021 to see if I could cancel my flights, then rebook when the whole situation was clearer. I didn’t want to risk travelling with 2 small children, and certainly didn’t want to faff around with tests, quarantine etc. My round trips first offered me a voucher but I requested a refund. They confirmed quite quickly that that would be fine. I was told to call back in 6 weeks to claim it.I read a few reviews about My round trips so was feeling very skeptical that firstly I would actually get my money back, secondly that there would be a lengthy delay, or thirdly that I may be charged a whopping admin fee. However, much to my surprise I called back and was told to expect the money in 5-10 working days. Then 4 days later I received the refund in full. I am grateful to My round trips for helping us out so swiftly. I will definitely be booking with them again once the global situation stabilizes. Thanks again!”
