“Beautiful canal-side pub with a great atmosphere! The Pelican in Addlestone is an absolute gem. Set right by the canal, it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. They regularly book some amazing live bands, which really add to the friendly, chilled but lively vibe of the place. I had the moussaka and the honey garlic chicken from the specials menu — both were absolutely divine! You can really tell the food is homemade, full of flavour and care. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great live music, proper food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be visiting again!”

“Recently moved to the area and fancied some fish and chips so though I'd try my new local and I can honestly say I was very pleased! Cod bites were lovely and batter was perfect, the chips were delicious, light and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! “This is an amazing place. For £6 you get a choice of 2 mains plus pudding and a soft drink to wash it down. The food is lovely and all cooked that morning so absolutely fresh. The waiters are from a local SN group so they get great work experience. Best get down on a Thursday and help out the local community. I’ll be back next week!”

“My wife and children are away for a couple of nights so I thought I would treat myself to a takeaway. The takeaway was damn tasty, I had a wonderful lamb rogan that was sharp yet so smooth and mellow with just a perfect amount of spice, special rice, and naan. The food turned up in less than half an hour, the delivery driver was very pleasant and the price was good. I'm sitting here relaxing and feeling presently full. I don't normally rate any business but tonight I'm a contented man.... thank you for dinner.”
