“We found Mark via google search. The heating and hot water were turning off intermittently due to low pressure. The first engineer who came to look at the boiler said it couldn't be fixed and we needed to have a new one installed. We had a feeling this was not the case, so we asked Mark for a second opinion. Mark was very thorough, and worked out that we just needed to change a faulty piece of equipment. It's now working perfectly fine! Definitively value for money. We are very happy customers, and would definitively recommend his services.”
