“My daughter has been at The Pickford since she was 9 months old and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! All of the staff have been fantastic and my daughter loves going to nursery. They’ve helped my husband and I as first time parents to understand the different milestones, set realistic goals and handle dealing with tantrums! The nursery has such a wonderful family feel to it and has helped my daughter gain skills, confidence and make fantastic friends (with the other children and staff!). “I couldn't imagine a better place for my son and I am so grateful to Joanna and her team of wonderful, kind carers. My son joined Rainbow House at 11 months old at a time when he only wanted to be with his mum and dad. We did a gradual settling in and thanks to JoJos's patience and through various engaging activities and a lot of one to one time they built trust and a great relationship with him. My son loves going to Rainbow House and talks about Jojo and his friends constantly! They do perform miracles - he eats his lunch even on days when he eats nothing at home. At nap time he goes to sleep on his own (since his first full day) even though he has never done this at home once! After two months his vocabulary exploded with words and phrases. They are constantly doing fun activities- playing in the garden, messy play, arts and crafts - each week has a different theme. I would highly recommend Rainbow House, they have exceeded all my expectations. It's a truly magical, happy place!”

“I am a support worker for children with additional needs. On Monday last week I attended with a young man who let’s just say left a big mess that most people would absolutely hate. I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me however the new manager who I’ve been told her name is Els was absolutely wonderful, helpful and put me at ease. It wasn’t a pleasant situation and she helped a lot. Very lovely young lady. I felt awful and she put me at ease and told me not to worry.”

“This was my old school 1964 - 1971 the boys play ground was on the left at the end of the long drive and girls and juniors to the left my wost teachers were from class 7 -9 but at class 10 Mr Williams was my best teacher this school had its mini swimming pool to the rear of the dinning area in the boys playground and still had bomb shelters Beside the play ground happy memories”
