“This is an incredible nursery. The staff is caring and extremely understanding. They are flexible. The children are well cared for, they eat very well. The nursery nurses are very professional and on top of the children development with daily reports and advices. My son loves it there and never cried one single time when dropped off in the morning. He is healthy. I could not recommend Bright Futures nursery enough!”

“My child has been attending this nursery for just over 2 years and has moved from the baby room all the way up to preschool. The nursery space is well organized giving kids enough room to have different activities and is much roomier than other nurseries I’ve seen. The menu has enough variety to allow kids to get used to different cuisines. Most importantly, the staff that work here really love their jobs and genuinely care for the kids. They have taken on board any special request I have had from bottle feeding changes, dropping a dummy all the way to massively contributing to successful potty training. Its always a worry when leaving your child somewhere and as a parent you can always find something to worry about but I honestly get the impression they have my child’s best interests at heart always, for me, irrespective of how well the nursery is run it’s the people that make this place feel like an extended family and gives me the confidence that this is the best place for my child. We have also worked closely with the SEN co-ordinator who has been fantastic at making sure my child was referred where needed and gets the support required. I would highly recommend this nursery.”

“Alphabet House Nursery eastham is the best nursery ❤️ The teachers are warm, attentive, and clearly care about the children’s development. The classrooms are clean, colorful, and filled with educational toys. Outdoor playtime is well-organized, and safety is a top priority. My so. Shehran is SEND so they r giving my son extra attention. Specially Yasmin , Daisy They r so friendly and conscious all the time .. And Sarafeen she is best ❤️❤️ she always try to make me comfortable for my son.. and she is so friendly as well .. “As new parents we had the usual worries of having our child leave the home environs to start spending time at a nursery and pre-school. From questions about how settling in would happen, eating, drinking water, to physical safety and provision of attentive care and learning. We are pleased to share with parents looking to use a nursery and pre-school in the Pinner / Eastcote area that our experience and our kiddos experience has been wonderful. Our child joined the class for smaller children (Fawns) and then moved on to the class for bigger children (Cubs). All over the nursery, the staff have shown great responsibility in providing individualized care, guidance and have been attentive to our requests (almost daily) for looking after the well being of our little one when under their supervision. The staff from the head teacher to the teaching staff, assistants and support staff have shown great gentleness in handling all matter of things that can occur with a little 3 year old. They have observed our child's development needs and have been in constant conversation about these as out child has moved along. Observations of personality, abilities to follow instructions, manage independently have all been addressed. Last but not the least they have made learning fun covering all areas of the Early Years curriculum. As a result our child has blossomed at Cheeky Chums emerging from it more mature, independent and confident. I'd hand down recommend this nursery and pre-school to any new parents looking to use one local to Pinner / Eastcote. Well done team Cheeky Chums and a huge heartfelt Thank you from us parents! “The process of settling our child was amazing. He settled immediately into the setting and the teachers took his needs as a foremost consideration. The teachers he has had in the past 9 months have been outstanding and the care he has received has been as close to what we as parents would give. The meals offered are simply amazing! He loves the variety offered to him and has never complained once about it. The management is very flexible and accommodating to parents in terms of extra days, time off, etc. The extra curricular programs provided are so fun filled and my son enjoys every bit of it! “My son started Abbey Wood Grange Day Nursery at 8 months old, i was so nervous when I first started looking for nursery’s, so I could plan to return back to work. I viewed so many nursery’s in the area, Abbey Wood Grange day nursery had something over them all, for me it was the attention to detail & care from staff. On my viewing with Lisa she was so welcoming, enthusiastic and had a real sense of care. lisa knew all the children’s names when we entered the rooms. Staff was all friendly an engaged with all the children. Staff are all so friendly & welcoming, my son settled in really quickly and formed great bonds. He really loves being at nursery and gets all excited when we arrive. I get regular updates daily in his book from the day & updates on the tapestry app showing observations & his development. I honestly couldn't be more happier with the level of service from the nursery & staff at abbey wood. I know his well looked after, It really is a lovely nursery. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to put their baby or child into a nursery.”

“We feel incredibly blessed to have found The Gower School - Montessori Nursery! From day one, the staff has been nothing short of amazing. All of the teachers are true professionals — caring, kind and enthusiastic — with a genuine passion for teaching (not only children but their parents as well. We found their lectures and courses very useful). Core day activities, music, ballet, sports, forest school, French - everything is excellent. They go above and beyond to ensure that each child is not only happy and comfortable but also continuously progressing. “My son has been going to this nursery for a few months now, I was very scared and worried before he started as he'd always been with me only for 14 months but they made him feel like at home, he's been happy and cheerful everyday he went in, he's having fun and everyone has such a care with him and his needs. They are very patient with my requests and they are very thoughtful in sending me pictures and updating me, when I leave him crying they reassure me with pictures that he's well and having a good day. They update the app regularly so I can easily track how much he eats and sleep as well as giving me a thorough handover at pick up. They also make regular observations and reports tracking his development, as much as he was ready to walk, it took him going into nursery and seeing the other kids to give him the courage to take his first steps. Every single person has been fantastic and I'm very happy and grateful for everyone taking care of my little boy but I want to give a special thanks to his room leader Jade for the care she puts into taking care of him and the other children as well.”

“CurioCity is the perfect place for our little daughter. We were quite concerned starting her at six months of age but the nursery staff put us so much at ease from the very beginning. The bond that the teachers share with the children in the baby room is so heartwarming and reassuring. Our daughter absolutely loves going there and gets very excited every day at drop-off. The children get exposed to many different experiences and the teachers are led by each child’s impulse & interests. What this nursery offers every day would be impossible to duplicate at home: different crafts, music, reading, muddy outdoor time (in the NEW garden area or the park), taking their nap outdoors when the weather allows in the summer months - all embedded in a comforting daily routine. My wife and I are completely in love with this nursery. The daily updates we receive on our daughter‘s development (including pictures and videos) are so precious to us! And the food they offer the little ones is AMAZING!!”

“We have nearly four years experience with Archway Children's Centre (our one year old is in the Baby room and our four year old - at the nursery since she was 10 months old - is now in the Pre-School room). We only have positive things to say and frequently thank our lucky stars such high quality childcare was available to us. The facilities are fantastic but more importantly, the management and staff are amazing. Warm and respectful of each other and the children, but also extremely professional. They combine care, attention and affection for the children with remarkably creative ideas for educating and entertaining them. Our children love it and we feel they are in the best hands.”

“My child has been attending Willow Nursery for over a year now and I have nothing but praise for this establishment. Thanks to the dedicated Baby Room manager and the staff who all work tirelessly to take care of all the children, my son has developed so much. My child was referred to external NHS departments such as Speech and Language, the Childhood Development Centre and Audiology when it was felt that he may need more support and that was as a result of the close work the Baby Room manager and SENCO manager had done with him. The nursery has fantastic resources and equipment such as a sensory room, SEN trained staff, a large playground, toys and books. Honestly, I visited a number of nurseries in the local area and none of them compared. The nursery is diverse as both the children and staff are of different cultures and raves and this is regularly celebrated. Overall, I can say I am extremely happy with Willow Nursery they take very good care of the children, keep parents and families involved and informed in everything they do and there is a real community feel about it. Well done Willow Nursery!!!”

You can feel how much love and dedication they pour into everything they do. My toddler has grown in confidence, development and happiness since starting there, and it is such a joy to see. They really understand how to support him through these important early stages, from encouraging his speech and social skills to helping him feel secure and confident in his daily routine. “My husband and I have both been thrilled with the care provided by the nursery to both our sons since we enrolled our eldest in June 2021. The care provided by the setting is, in our opinion, outstanding. They feel at home in the nursery and that is all down to the love, care and engagement provided by the staff to the children, which is abundant.
