The clinic itself is lovely and doesn’t have that typical “dentist smell,” which makes a big difference. Hearing this is what finally convinced me to book an appointment with him and place my trust in his care. I honestly do not regret that decision I made. Because of his gentle approach, his patience, and his reassuring manner, I now feel the complete opposite of how I used to feel. I feel calm, safe and genuinely at ease in the chair – something I honestly never believed would be possible. For that, I am truly grateful. My dentists appointment was with Dr Priyanka , she was great! she made me feel at ease and talked me through everything very attentive and assuring (i've had previous experience with terrible dentist making you never want to go back) so happy ive found this place :) After the dentist i had to see the hygienist's Teuta, she was great too! nice, friendly not judgy (like past hygienists ive seen) she was not too rough always checking i was ok. “The staff at Tooth Club Loughton were incredibly informative and supportive throughout my treatment. I had an implant and composite bonding, and the dentists were always transparent about the process. We worked together to achieve the look I wanted, which made me feel really involved in the decisions. My Invisalign treatment took a little longer than expected (which I understand is quite normal). The rest of the work was carried out efficiently, I’m really pleased with the results. The admin team were also fantastic, always helpful and making sure I never missed an appointment. “I have been taking my son, who is very sensitive and could not sit for five minutes in a dentist chair to see Dr Jeremy Kaufman for a few years. He has been truely amazing and patient with him. Taking care not to overdue it and make sure our son is happy to come to the dentist. He was one of the only dentist I could find with the experience to use laughing gas for children. This enables him to do the required work and save the teeth while other dentists reccomended extraction with a full anesthetic which was not an option for us. I would defintely reccomend this practice to any parent with a child with a bit of fear of dentists or sensitivity to noises. Thanks so much!”
