My wife was already stressed when she arrived (imminent house move etc etc) and was even more flustered when she realised she had got the appointment date wrong! Violet calmed her down, arranged for her to be fitted in with her own dentist ((Tarique) and also arranged further appointments. I waited outside in our car with our dog - Violet came out twice to see if we were all right (it was a hot day) and whether we wanted to come in and offered drinks of water.
