Sally, John’s daughter, was only in her teens then but she was a wonder at perming and colouring. For many years now Sue has been “my hairdresser” and knows exactly what suits me and advises me on the many times I’ve wanted to change styles and colours!! I can’t recommend her enough. In the present climate I feel totally safe with all the procedures that they have in place both for the customers safety and, of course, their own.”

“I have only recently started going to gents barbers but I can say that it is certainly my favourite barbers. As someone who hates haircuts they do a brilliant job of talking to you and making you feel comfortable. Along with their brilliant customer service, the actual haircuts are very good. I have been to many barbers where they offer only a few options (short, medium, long etc) however at Gents offer a great variety of styles as well as different lengths, and talk you through what they are doing as they do it. I highly recommend if you want a high quality haircut and a good chat.”

“I received a warm welcome on my first visit to this salon for a wash, cut and blow dry. Zara, the owner, was extremely gracious and friendly, as was Leti who attended to me. Leti is clearly a very accomplished hair stylist as she gave me the exact haircut I explained I desired. The salon is also reasonably priced compared to other similar establishments. I will certainly be returning for future appointments.
