“I have worked with Jenny a couple of time now for different things and both time I felt comfortable and happy to talk and work through issues I didn’t know was issues and opening up that I thought wasn’t possible from me”
“Had great experience from diagnosis and treatment of sinus condition and excellent aftercare from surgery.”
“High quality service. I am receiving physiotherapy and hydrotherapy weekly with Sharon.I find this very useful after my back surgery in August. .Sharon is extremely professional , puts you at ease and gives me confidence to carry on with the exercises at home and at my local swimming pool.”
“My pre Covid experience with this practice over 40 years has been exemplary. When you had serious problems they always delivered and yes people who need medication know the rules and should take responsibility for not running out of essential medication. Compared to the problems in other areas and the NHS in general I think this was an excellent practice and our family Doctor is to be commended. The reception staff at times can be a little difficult to deal with, but lets face it they have to deal with people with a wide range of needs and many clients who just want to circumvent the system and get verbally aggressive, normally after they have fouled up themselves. They follow the job guidelines, just like other workers and do the best for the Doctors and public alike. Should you be unfortunate enough to have family with terminal illness, they were caring and put themselves out to an amazing degree. Update 22 April 2022. Sadly the practice has changed for the worse since Covid stopped access to booking doctors face to face appointments. Now largely run by administration staff I can only hope that they realise that this is not the way to run an Health Centre that values its clients. Satisfaction rate is now at an all time low and many people, particularly the vulnerable are left frustrated and unable to cope with the trials to access services.”
“A wonderful Gp surgery with professionals that care about your health. Always polite and ready to assist you. Very respectful. Dr Marks speaks to you, not at you. There is a friendliness amongst the other service users when waiting. Sometimes, you may have to wait a little longer but this is the same for all NHS Gp surgeries. Dr Marks is creatively proactive in wanting to ensure you obtain the best and correct medical advice and attention.”
“Had an appointment at 3/4/2022 at 3:30pm, got there around 3:06pm since I had nothing better to do and there was a queue of maybe 4-5 families which was no surprise since I was early but by the time it was my turn to test I'd say I was pretty much on time with my appointment. It was a quick mouth swab when I thought they would put it up your nose but I'm not complaining. I suggest if you don't want to wait in queue too long take the earliest appointment you can get and make the appointment ahead of time and if you need to find somewhere to park drive to sainsburys carpark and its probably a 2-5 minute walk from there to the health center because there is very rarely any parking spaces left on the street, and you would be lucky to park near it if ever. Overall, quick once you get in the building and friendly staff when I went in for my pcr test. EDIT!!!!! Also cannot stress this enough but people saying you don't need the app because they will send your results by email.. Not always the case because I needed a test done 24 hours before my flight and anxiously waited for my email until I checked my app around 9:45pm. Turns out my results were not sent to me by email but through the app but I think I do remember the lady saying the results can be checked on the app.”
