“As a keen runner and cyclist I knew in the back of my mind that I should probably do some strength training, but never really got round to it. I was diagnosed with osteopenia and that was the moment I decided that I had to take strength training more seriously…if only I knew where to start… That’s where Bea came in; she focussed on my diet, gave 1:1s with the right amount of challenge and wrote useful training plans. It’s been a real voyage of discovery. I could hardly lift a 6kg kettlebell when I started, but 11 months on I have progressed to 55kg squats. I really recommend training with Bea. She is professional, has lots of pearls of wisdom from her own experiences (duathlons, marathons, ironman, powerlifting) and has great attention to detail to help you reach your goals. I never thought I would enjoy strength training but that’s what comes with having a great PT!”

“I've been visiting Dr Ross since March 2023. They fit me in at really short notice for my very severe back pain. Dr Ross was empathic kind and very understanding. He started working on me straight away and I'm now down to 1 visit every 2 weeks.I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a chiropractor. She then went above and beyond making sure I was tested for every other possible issue, vaxxed to the max and put on Prep. He remained clam, courteous and extremely professional throughout my visit. We emailed them on the Sunday and got a reply the morning of the monday and a same day appointment. All of the staff were very kind and efficient. I especially wanted to thank Pippa for her lovely service, she explained in detail the copper coil procedure and made me feel super safe all throughout. “The best service we've ever had from an insurance company. I'm an 8 year old Viszla called Bella. I've been insured with LV for 4 years and never been ill, not even a cold. But when I got a couple of lumps on my tummy and leg and they were getting bigger the vet said I should have them removed as a precaution. She did it the following week and I went home wearing a very un-flattering doggy onesie to cover my stitches. Anyway, I went back on Monday and I've got the all clear! Horray! My human said he got through to another human on the phone and was sent a claim form by email. It was very easy to fill in and the vet sent it off for him last week. He got paid today and said it's the best service he's ever had from an insurance company.”

“I have been going to see Sandra for some time now, well over a year and i must say she has been very helpful in my journey. I feel that she has aided me through some rough times and the sessions have been very much tailored to suit. The environment made me feel very comfortable and she has been very accommodating. I am a man of understanding, so the psychodynamic nature of the sessions really gives a greater understanding of why we do things, all being linked to our youth. Thus, being able to apply those to my current life and make better decisions based on what i have learned. Heart attack?! For the next seven days I’ve had the best attention and the most polite care I could imagine. The food was far superior than in 2017 when I went through a similar experience in the hospital. My heartfelt thanks to everyone taking care of me, I’m truly grateful.”
