It is the kind of place where you know exactly what you are getting. Our last visit to the one in Bluewater was in August 2019, as it was the choice for a casual meal with the family. So many of the 1 star reviews are people who have used them for years but had 1 bad time. I don’t find that fair. How many of them have left good reviews when it’s been good over all those years.
