“We came here for my friends 40th! We were placed in one of the cosy booths upstairs. Such a lovely quirky restaurant. The waiters were very friendly and served us straight away. Good was delicious especially the steak! Cooked to perfection! Prices really reasonable. We all had a great time and the live singer was a great touch too.”

“I had an amazing afternoon at The Store. The service was outstanding. The manager was welcoming and kind. I came to do some work during their Friday hotdesk session. She let me know where the sockets were for my laptop, welcomed me to make myself comfortable, and kept checking if I was okay. I ended up eating from the hotdesk menu, where you can get unlimited coffee. I had two meals, both were really nice and well presented. I called my brother to join me because it was so nice and he came and we had cocktails to end a successful work session. They were delicious also. It was fairly quiet in there. When I first arrived there was a lovely mum and baby club at the back in a separate space, so there was plenty of space to sit and feel comfortable. I usually use headphones when I’m out but the vibe was good and the music was comforting so I didn’t use my headphones. The restaurant was clean with a good atmosphere and stunning decor. I felt really focused. The lights that hang over the tables could do with a wipe though, as there was some dirt that looked like it might fall into the table. One of those things that once you see it, you can’t unsee it. Overall it was a brilliant spot and I will be visiting much more regularly now. Highly recommended.”

“I went with my cousin on a last minute date night, we had assorted Pepper soup and spicy Pomo for starters and Abula for main, I must say it was absolutely delicious!! The meat was succulent and the vibe was immaculate, staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re in Croydon and want Nigerian meal will definitely recommend. The chapman was refreshing too, will be visiting again”

“I called for an emergency appointment got one the same day. I am a nervous person when it comes to go to the dentist. But today I felt at ease . Lovely dentist who helped with my problem. And he’s assistant Faye was also brilliant. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Receptionist was great and gave a friendly welcome. Thank you .”

“We ordered Uber eats today from this place for the first time, and we were really impressed with the food quality and the size of the proportions. Together with the 2 English breakfasts we ordered 2 bacon baguettes, and because they didn't have baguettes bread, they sent it over 2 bacon buns for each one of us, which was very thoughtful and kind of them. “First time @Ayat and loved it. Good was great, flavour dishes prepared with care. Interior looks great has it's own unique flair although music was to loud. Service was a bit lacking. We where seated promptly and our food came out in timely manner but the waitress didn't check on us at all (she was on her phone all the time we where there as we could see from our spot). We need to get up and ask her for another round of drinks as she wasn't paying any attention to us at all.And then she got our simple order for drinks wrong, we where the only costumers there so no distractions and it was quite early an a lazy Sunday. Hope that the service does improve as the food was delicious. Will come back to give it another chance for sure.”

“I love coming and getting my nails done here - the staff are lovely, the service is great and my nails always look AMAZING! First time I came just for a quick gel hands polish and ended up staying for a pedicure as well because it was such a nice experience. Really great range of colours and services and the massage chairs for pedi are a bonus! Definitely the go-to place in South Croydon. 100% recommend!”

“Called in for a few drinks while in the area. This is a "proper" old school pub which is rare these days! The lady serving was lovely and helped us with some local knowledge of bars in the area. Good pint of Guinness”

“Good spoons. Normal in terms of interior. Smoking in the back is a bit odd as some tables are no smoking. The food is normal spoons food but it was cooked hot and tasted nice. Desserts were good too.”

“Great Place! We where visiting and some one told us about this Place. We did not have reservations. We did not have to wait long for a table. Food was great and Staff very friendly. Thank you to the Manager ( Andrew). He was sweet and gave us some tips about other things to do while traveling. We really enjoyed there desserts. One is mine... waffles with chocolate & vanilla ice cream, shaved chocolate, and strawberries. The other one is my Husband's ... Banoffee waffles... waffles, banana, toffee/caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream.”
