“I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff.”

“Arrived 8.05 Saturday morning, triaged within 20 minutes despite being 14th in the queue. Treated foot wound within 25 minutes, the staff were extremely efficient and polite. All done in around an hour. Thank you NHS, 10 stars if I could!! To add, I have subsequently visited twice more and received the same exemplary treatment for my scalded foot on both occasions. The last time I was in and out within 50 minutes. Maybe if a few more people like myself who have received brilliant treatment took the time to leave a review it might help to redress the balance of those who leave poor reviews without knowing the circumstances for delays and roles of the staff there. As a man in my 80's I'm grateful to live in this country and to be able to walk into an NHS care facility, without appointment, on my doorstep and receive this quality of care. 10 stars once again and my foot is getting better! Shame on you complainers!! Thank you once again NHS.”

“Tils Barber Shop is fantastic! The staff there are so friendly and welcoming, and the fact that they offer sweets and drinks while you wait is such a nice touch. The training I received here led me to go to a prestigious London dance college & become a professional dancer. ACS is literally my second home at this point! ACS also started my teaching career and under their excellent tuition from Diana Lunn and Helen Steggles I became fully qualified as an ISTD DDE Dance Teacher in Modern, Tap and Ballet and achieved my AISTD qualification in Disco Freestyle & Rock’n’Roll under Katie Wilson. They provide a wide range of classes that cater to everyone in stunning facilities and studios. All staff are lovely and helpful. I’ve never had an issue with parking. I owe ACS so much and will always be grateful to Di and Mark for all they’ve done (and continue) to do for me. So get dancing!!”

The bagel was perfectly toasted, the bacon and sausage were full of flavor, and the egg was fluffy and fresh. The hash brown added the perfect crunch. Everything tasted hot, fresh, and made to order. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. Quick service and friendly staff were the cherry on top. If you’re craving a hearty, satisfying breakfast, this place is a must!”

“I go to this Starbucks because Lauren and the team really care about their jobs. Which would be unique anywhere, but they are the only coffee shop in Romford that does. Consistently exceptional! Today Natasha, at 1 minute to closing happily made me a flat white and only after completing the drink did they realise that they hadn't included the extra shot. With the stress of customers having to be sho'ed away every 30 seconds because they can see me in there. Having supposed to have finished... That still... Without hesitation. Put the coffee to the side and made another, with three shots and arguably better Latte Art than the one before, was fantastic and shows a very solid moral courage! I felt respected! Over the years we have competed in the Great Britain’s adult ceili and won on two occasions and even travelled to Milan for a Feis where we entered both solo and ceili competitions.”
