“It's is unlike any salon I’ve ever visited. Not your typical salon lined with mirrors but instead the space also doubles as an art gallery, and the paintings are all very unique! I don't often try new styles, usually just trim the existing basic cut. However, I decided to try something new, and the stylist was fantastic. They listened, made a few helpful suggestions, and somehow got the look right. Genuinely happy with the result— got quite a few compliments and it's not even been 24hours since my appointment!”

He washed my hair, styled it beautifully, and used a blow-dryer to achieve perfect volume. The result was fantastic, and I absolutely loved the way my hair looked! The total cost was £69, which I found to be very reasonable for the quality of service I received. I highly recommend this salon, especially John, for anyone looking to get their hair done!”

Since moving back to the area recently, I have had Sam for my last 3 haircuts. Went in with my little son who was so nervous, however Michael the barber was so attentive and inclusive, he went at a slow pace and engaged my son in conversations throughout the entire process. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth by the reception staff—always friendly, helpful, and professional. A special mention must go to Hussein, the owner, whose passion for the gym and commitment to creating a supportive, well-run environment is clear in everything he does. He’s approachable, flexible, down-to-earth, and genuinely cares about the members’ experience. The trainers are another standout feature of the club. They’re knowledgeable and motivating. I love the aquacise classes run by Angela Enahoro and Anna Borodina, both are different in their methods, but both help me achieve my fitness. They’re truly AA! The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need. There’s a real sense of community at the Muswell Hill Club, which makes working out feel more like something to look forward to than a chore. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and professional gym in North London!”

“I had a great haircut from Mitzi. She was so kind and attentive. I was a little nervous from previous hairdresser anxiety but she was so attentive and put me at ease. She worked with precision and it paid off. Nothing was too much to ask for. She made every effort to make me comfortable and put me at ease. I felt bad because there were a couple of knots and she was kind about it and sorted it gently. Even when I could feel the scissors and comb and water spray on my neck, she put a towel round my neck and shoulders so I wouldn't get wet and made sure I was comfortable before carrying on and I really appreciate it. I hope to be back. Exceptional value for money too.”

I rave about Green & Glory to friends. The produce is always fantastic quality - the best around. I think it's far better value than supermarkets and better too is not having to use produce in plastic like supermarkets. And it's more than just fruit and veg - really it's a small supermarket.
