I also love that they use the Tapestry app to share updates and photos — it gives parents real peace of mind. The difference compared to childminders settings is remarkable. “Easy peasy, donated a mattress in good condition, appointment arranged and mattress picked up first thing in the morning without hassle. They told me last minute they couldn't take the clothes which I found a bit odd especially if I had prepared the clothes bag but luckily I hadn't so it didn't bother me. Communication was good for the pick up generally and saved a good mattress going to waste!”
