The clinic was recommended to me by a friend after I was struggling to find a decent clinic that would provide a professional service and not overcharge. Skin rich provides a course of treatment based on individual needs with follow up & also advise on skin care and facial products according to your skin type. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable as well as being really nice people. They gave me a very warm welcome at my initial consultation which put me at ease straight away. The clinic itself is also very professional looking so you do really get what you pay for! I would highly recommend.”

“Just wanted to share how I value dr Sebi and her receptionist' professional delivery, kindness and patience. Dr Sebi has been extremely proactive - by detecting a problem in one of my children's teeth, that no other dentist had thought worthwhile investigating into before (my daughter had not lost some of her milk teeth, and there was a sign at her age that something was not quite right, and Dr Sebi was completely correct!). Since then, there has been an amazing follow-up, and I keep being informed of the procedure by being copied into the emails. And now the practice is also very helpful with my other child, also sometimes telling him (and me) things that we do not want to hear, but with the best intention to make you understand what the status is of your teeth and how to look after them. “If you’re looking for the ideal skin injection treatment, Ava, who is exactly what you need. She did a perfect job with my Botox (I am man, 42 ). Ava was professional, precise, and very attentive when working on the delicate areas around my eyes and forehead. The lines on my forehead have completely disappeared, and the forehead and eyes side looks beautifully natural. I’m absolutely HAPPY with the results and would highly recommend her.”

“I went to the well being clinic to help with sciatica and also persistent cold sore attacks. So far after just a few treatments my sciatica has improved and I have had no cold sores. Dr Chen is happy to explain what he’s doing and why and although it can be slightly uncomfortable as the acupuncture needles are being inserted, once in, the treatment is painless and relaxing. The option of buying the medicine is given at the end of the treatment but it is not a hard sell so I felt under no pressure to buy them. All in all I feel happy with my experience so far and intend to continue.”

“An unhurried, professional and considerate approach by Hassan, the pharmacist, made my visit for a flu and Covid vaccine pleasant. He explained how to minimise a stiff arm (relaxed muscles) and reassured me that there was less likelihood of a strong reaction to the vaccines as the Covid one had become more advanced and was not a live vaccine. It was the Pfizer Covid vaccine. The free parking rounded off this altogether relatively enjoyable experience (for a double vaccine!).”

“Long overdue review of a phenomenal dentist, & a phenomenal fellow. I started seeing Dr Collins in 2005. He was recommended to me after some truly horrendous dental procedures had left my mouth in a state of near disrepair. The first thing he did was build my confidence in him. He assessed the damage in my mouth, & set about a plan to rebuild my smile. He repaired the serious issues I had, assessing what could be saves, then rebuilt areas, making everything stronger, over a period of a year, leading up to my wedding. For the next 5 years, he continued his regime, making sure I did the best I could, to maintain everything he had done. I left the UK in 2011, lamenting the loss of such a skilled & dedicated Dr in my life. Fast forward to 2023, & a trip back to the UK. A fractured/failed root canal (NOT by Dr Collins) became seriously infected. I contacted him on the coronation bank holiday, where he graciously took my call (despite not working on that day) & fitted me in, first thing the next day. I would have been happy to take some antibiotics & have an extraction back in Australia (after returning) However, assessing the issue, he said there was no way that I could wait that long, as I would be in hospital long before then. He allayed my fears about sinus issues & flying (plane air con' affects me greatly), & removed the tooth. It has been 2 weeks & the extraction site has been healing brilliantly I managed the flight with zero issues, & my face,which had swelling & pain, has completely healed. If anyone has any doubts with their dentist, or is looking for a dentist who is dedicated & truly cares, then look no further than Dr Collins. Thank you Dr! Once again, you have saved my smile!”
