The dance teachers Martin and Jonathan had head visors on for extra protection. There is nothing at all to be worried about. Get your booties down there and dance the night away. You will have lots of fun on the way.”

“I recently Qualified after completing my fast track to Aesthetics course with the head practitioner Shay. I couldn’t recommend Glam aesthetics enough, Shay has such a warm and supportive approach and makes you feel so comfortable. She is always offering out further support and advise even once you Qualify, for example I was struggling with a certain treatment therefore Shay invited me back to her salon to do an extra day specifically for this treatment free of charge!! All the girls that work in the Salon are lovely and welcoming. I couldn’t thank Shay enough! Defo a training academy worth attending. X”

“I have been to rob twice in my life 1st time was because my panic attacks was so bad I couldn’t leave the house or even think about leaving the house, I spent a few hours with rob and after leaving I was still unsure if anything had worked it’s been 7 years since the first time I saw rob and not once have I slipped into a panic attack or not gone to places due to anxiety 2nd time I saw rob was to stop smoking.. again I was unsure if it was going to work because I had smoked for so long and built a habit out of it but again after a few hours with rob I left and it’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t smoked or picked up any cigarettes. He has changed my life twice and twice for the better I would highly highly recommend rob to anyone that mentions anything I know he can help with!!”

“Both my daughters attended singing lessons here and within a few months their singing voices had massively improved. They both really enjoyed the classes and really liked that it was a smaller class, which allowed them to learn and focus more on their voices. The perks as a parent was the shows at the end of each term and I was very impressed that you received a report on their progress and what they would be working on to improve next. It also was an added bonus that some acting was apart of the session as the girls are actresses, so they received an extra lesson with Little voices in a smaller setting. Both girls obtained a distinction in their first LAMDA singing exam and was very pleased with themselves, especially my youngest daughter who started out not being able to sing confidently. As an Early Years Reception teacher with 18 years experience myself I found picking a nursery for my own children very difficult. Rise and Shine is an excellent Early Years setting with fantastic well structured adult focused activities as well as engaging independent provision. I get a detailed daily report about food eaten, nappy change, nap times and activities from that day. They also have a learning app with photos and full EYFS assessment details of all 3 of my boys. Most importantly to me though is that every member of staff is friendly, polite and welcoming. They show genuine care and kindness towards all my boys who are always so excited to arrive in the mornings.”
