“We have moved out of the area to West Sussex now, but frequently visit Kala's and my husband still works local enough to the shop that we will still use Kala's when we are in the area. Its a shame that the negative reviews for this lovely little shop all pertain to the parcel services that Kala's provide, which is pretty much all of the big couriers. Personally, I've only ever received excellent service from the shop - they have a huge range of food and beverages, including tiktok faves that my kids love to visit for. When a parcel service provider has been down and out of action, they always do their best to help, and I even see staff helping customers with their printing label service most of the time I visit. I think some of the reviewers might need a thicker skin... Keep up the good work Raj and family!”

“I visited the clinic recently for an ultrasound in my left hip, following some ongoing pain and discomfort during sport. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and I was seen very quickly. My clinician was very professional and ensured to ask all the relevant questions to build up the required background to support the imaging results. She spoke me through what she could see and gave me recommmendations for my next steps. I was able to present my ultrasound, along with a professional recommendation, to my GP. This process greatly accelerated my treatment and has lead to my recovery from a difficult injury.”

“I have been coming to this dentist probably over 10years and i have always had brilliant care. The receptionists are really friendly and happy to help and the dentists are very caring and make you feel as comfortable as they can. I used to come when it was NHS and when they turnt private i decided to join the membership and pay the private fees because they are 1 of the best dentists I've been to and i wouldn't want to change my dentist now. I had quite a few bad experiences before coming to this one. This one is very understanding if you have illnesses and always listen to what you want.”
