“Wow where to start, just got back home with a huge smile on my face from the drive back compared to the drive there. My 320i msport shadow edition, got some real TLC from will and his team today. Full service with stage 1 remap and Dyno run.the gain for this car was unbelievable almost an extra 100bhp, has changed the car completely!!! The technology and experience these guys have are 10/10 and would like to point out that will is there to make ya car fast not clear ya wallet I wanted to add things but will was honest and said you don't need to waste ya money, where alot off other companys would recommend these extras and take ya money. He recommended what my car needs and I'm now getting it booked back for a gearbox service and tune. Also I'd like to point out that South tuninngz quote came in £400 cheaper than two rival companies for exactly the same service!!!! If not better!Which shows these guys ain't greedy. “I have been visiting Toolstation, Beckenham on a regular basis for nearly a year. It has become like a second home! Customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Items can be easily ordered, if not in stock and can be returned if not suitable. Michael Tasker served me today and has done on many previous occasions. He is a charming young man, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I was not rushed or made to feel a nuisance, especially when others were waiting. I am always treated with the utmost respect. I would also like to mention Ed, who has served me on many occasions in the past too. He has always been patient and helpful, especially when deciding which handles to choose as I was replacing all my internal door handles. It was no trouble for Ed to open several boxes of handles so I could make a decision. He also carried two huge tubs of Wallrock paste to my car, without hesitation. These two young men are a huge asset to Toolstation and I hope they will be rewarded for their excellent service. I have also been served by many other members of staff and all have given the same high standard of service. Well done guys and ladies! Thanks to all of you.”

“We had previously used Price Kitchens (15 years ago) and were really happy with the service and quality of the product. When the time came for a new kitchen we shopped around but Price Kitchens continued to be the obvious choice. The price was competitive and the design, supply and installation service offered fitted our needs better than the service that other companies were offering. I had worried that the business had changed ownership but reading the other reviews and chatting it through with Dan put my mind at rest. Had I not read about the change of ownership in a review I would not ever have known. The service this year was just as wonderful as fifteen years ago. Dan was incredibly patient with us requesting little adjustments on so many occasions and the layout of our new kitchen fully reflects how we wanted to use the new space. I had a good idea about how I wanted the kitchen to look but the little details that Dan suggested like curved end panels and the upper glass cabinets have made such a difference. Dan worked incredibly hard to find a wine cooler that met our very specific wish list and it fits the design perfectly. I felt that he was always on top of every detail. Reece and Dorian made the installation process pain free. They spotted little areas where some minor tweaks could be made and worked with Dan to get extra panels to improve the boxing around our existing fridge. The ordering, delivery and installation process was seamless. The updates from Jackie on timings were fantastic. Inevitably there are always going to be little snagging points. Jackie was brilliant at dealing with a quirky tap issue and sourcing the part to fix the problem. We love our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Price Kitchens or use them again.”

“Amazing shop, the vibe is on point. My son had a lip piercing today, and an hour later wanted another piercing on his lip. They gave really truthful advice and said to leave it a week and let the swelling go down. I feel other shops would of just booked him in regardless. So safety for the client was the priority, not taking peoples money just for the sake of it.”

“lovely staff and good amount of seating area. i had the cinnamon roll more than once it was very nice! not everyone can perfect the roll but it suited my preference for it well. there’s an upstairs with a lighter environment great for doing work and a downstairs area which is a bit moodier but a nice place to read books just depending on your preference.”
