“Visited for the Japanese cheesecake initially and to introduce a friend to this place as they are more local than me. Loved the selection of hot/cold drinks. Sat in even shared a table with other visitors which I thought was so nice and brought back the good times where people actually converse! Carrot cake was divine it was moist and tasty. Was there so long sat to near closing time! The basement has a really nice ambience to it aswell I'd come back again.”

“The atmosphere at FILTR was great, the coffee (my oat milk latte) was very smooth and tasty, it is great sustainably sourced coffee. I tried their coconut matcha latte on another occasion and I think they do coffee the best (I felt their was not enough matcha itself in the drink, but this may be personal preference). Seating available inside and outside, which is great to sip your coffee when the sun is out! Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, great customer service!”

The fish and chips is up there with the the best I've had. This place vibes like I would hope every little street pub would vibe. “I jumped on the bus going the wrong way to get home from ASDA . When I and the wife jumped off to head the right direction we decided to grab a bite when we saw the Plough. They were only serving Sunday Roast and I am extremely glad . I would have hated to have ordered something else and missed this great dish! Being from Texas there is a certain expectation when it come to cooked beef and this roast didn’t disappoint but you will pay for it. It’s a bit pricey for only 1 piece of beef but the quality was outstanding. I will return for more!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
