I have been using them for a few years now - their service has always been excellent, and all of their engineers have treated me with respect. They have been there for me for emergency situations, they came out promptly last Christmas when I had a boiler leak, and a recent visit from Daniel (Ground) to detect a leak has confirmed to me that this will always be my "go-to" plumbing and heating company. Daniel was polite and respectful and found the source of the problem efficiently. He took off his boots before coming into my flat, and listened to my concerns. “Today I had 4 tattoos done by the brilliant Mac. One included a cover up, after my initial consultation with Mac he advised me to go for something other than my original idea; very over the moon I did!! He is very professional, friendly and definitely knows his stuff. I am very very pleased with what I’ve had done today and I plan to have more work done by him in the future. Highly recommend !! “Sarah has been nothing but amazing, both to deal with and groom our dog. We have a cocker spaniel, who is hard work at the best of times let alone groom him! We have always been impressed with the groom and how relaxed our dog feels with Sarah. It is very hard to find genuine groomers these days, but rest assured, Sarah is the best of the best. We only write this review as we are moving away and will miss Sarah. BeSt of luck for the future and if you're looking for a groomer this is the one!”
