We found out about them through their partner company My Gibraltar who we’ve used for a few years now and have booked several short breaks with them. Last year we took a weekend break to Paris for less than £100 each which is approximately the same as what we would spend on a day out to London on the train! “I have used Matt's services to book several trips and have always got amazing value, however, it is his customer service that really stands him out amongst the crowd. Earlier this year, I booked a family break to Dubai for May half term. When it became apparent that this wouldn't be able to go ahead without significant impact on "day-to-day" life (at the very least a requirement to quarantine on return or, at worst, a VERY expensive stay at a government hotel on return), Matt proactively contacted me to see what he could do to find different destination or date for the trip. When it became pretty much immediately clear that this wasn't financially viable, Matt found us al alternative break, in Europe, for August by which time things may be slight more "normal". Top choice, low prices, fantastic value for money and service that cant be beaten - what more could you possibly want in a travel agent?!?!”
