Dean provides excellent personalised customer service and doesn't just know cars but your car and its needs. Gave really good advice too - making it cost effective. I had to wait over a month to be booked in. which was the only negative for me - I guess that only demonstrates trust people have of them. Thank you and see you again.”

The manager (Nadine) found me a quiet table in the corner with a nearby power supply as I mentioned I wanted to do some work. I took an iPhone 11 to the Apple store who initially quoted £69 to replace the battery, after they opened it they quoted me £370 as they claimed it had water damage! I took it to I.Q who quoted me £45 and he did not mention any water damage, it took 30 minutes and the phone works fine, I highly recommend him!”
