“Love this Costa. It has two floors and is pleasantly decorated. Staff are friendly and there are some vegan sandwich and treat options. I love the soya hot chocolate and if you are regular join their loyalty programme. Located near St Ann's Mall and St George's shopping centre. Upstairs is quieter and perfect if you need to chill out or work.”

From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer satisfaction is the top priority. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of and that every customer feels valued and appreciated. What really stood out to me was the personal attention and genuine care the owner puts into everything. We found the food too spicy but he noticed we were struggling without us saying anything and quickly put it right. It’s rare to find someone so hands-on, professional, and committed to excellence. Whether it was answering questions, offering helpful suggestions, or just making sure I felt welcome, the owner made the entire experience exceptional. “The Pantry (previously called the kind cafe) is lovely little hidden gem. There really is nothing else like it in Harrow. They sell fresh pastries (sweet and savory) and a range of healthy lunches and your usual hot drinks. The pastries are hand made by the chefs on site and are always delicious. I am veggie and they have a great vegetarian range. What's more, it is a not a for-profit cafe, associated with the community kitchen next door and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are friendly and the interior is cute and country style. I would highly recommend trying it out!”
