“Got a haircut from the young African British guy on the last chair when you walk in. He was doing a great job with the blade and then loads of customers randomly came into the shop 10 minutes after me and then the 2 other barbers started talking in their African language telling him to hurry up. I told my barber to ignore the uncles and take his time. Paid my barber double the price £40 in cash and gave him a cold bottle of water from the local corner shop because it’s a hot day! Moral of the story, “Don’t tell your colleague to rush someone’s haircut” I could easily give this shop a 1 star review but I’m not because I believe in giving people second chances!”

“Fare Evasion Case: I was caught using a disabled Freedom Pass by TfL and received a verification letter and a Single Justice Procedure Notice to appear in court. As someone working in financial services, I was extremely stressed because a guilty plea would mean a criminal record and could jeopardize my career.
