My Toyota is now 10 years old and I've always been impressed that they treat me the same way they treat people with significantly more valuable and newer cars. They've also been more understanding when it has come to my car predicaments and warranty issues, whereas I've not received the same with a 'premium' brand in the past. I'll be sad to see my Toyota go but I'm keen (possibly) fixated with getting a VW Van - wish me luck! PS They love dogs!”

“Life savers! My builder needed 3 more large bags of sharp sand (1 tonne) and told me late Friday afternoon so that he can complete his work on Saturday (tomorrow). Called different companies such as Selco and all can only deliver on a Monday. I called Seccombe and Keith sorted a delivery to my house within minutes! No joke, I was still on the phone paying for the sharp sand and it had arrived in front of my house. It's in the local area but still to organise a delivery within minutes on a Friday afternoon is what I call exceptional service. Will be using this company from now on!”
