“What can I say, this place is full of information with endless activities. I was amazed at how much is done here even though it looks very small from the outside. I travelled an hour to use the Cranial Therapy and the lady is amazing. I urge any locals who don't avail of the services here to do so as you're blessed to have it at your doorstep, no word of a lie. Lovely, clean place and my 3 visits were wonderful. The conditions being as clearly sign posted in the car park that the vehicle registration details are entered into the tablet located in the main and small hall granting them free parking for the day. The reviewer below who paints a false slanderous picture fails to mention that she herself did correctly input her registration details into the tablet on arrival at the venue so clearly was very aware. Cctv evidence and central ANPR mainframe system confirms this as fact. She clearly failed to remind her guests who failed to read the signs which culminated in the parking management issuing tickets to her guests and thus - she now attempts to portion blame elsewhere.”

“I have been a member of White Oak for over 3 years now and do not plan on changing gym. I mainly go to the morning classes and we have very good experienced instructors in Yoga, kettlebell, Pilates, Zumba, circuit. The centre as a whole is very good although needs more cleaners and maintenance . I cannot comment on the cafe because I do not use it but it's always busy. The staff are lovely especially the ladies at the reception, Scarlet and Demi being some of my favourite. If you want value for money, this centre is probably the best around.”

Christian has a way of breaking down the steps and make it fun. Suzanne’s ability to put me at ease is as masterful as her teaching skills combined with sense of humour ( Christian also :)) is an added plus for a person such as myself who has a little experience of dancing Kizomba but loving it soo much…. so the lessons are not only informative, but enjoyable at the same time. The choice of music for the lessons and social afterwards is an absolute pleasure to listen to and dance to. They both are great teachers to be around and learn from with great sense of humour.”
