“I was looking for this kind of school for long time. For me is very important to learn technique and choreography in dance. The program that Helen created and teaching in her school is really very professional and is targeted on a result. I joined this bellyfitness school in September. I've learned a lot of staff since then. Couldn't even imagine that in couple of month time there will be such a significant progress. The only regret is I didn't start earlier. It is amazing to see what difference give to your body posture these classes. And how many absolutely beautiful movements now my body is able to perform. Also belly dance is extremely important for woman's energy and wellbeing. It increases our strength and endurance, good for the muscle elasticity and joints flexibility. So is an amazing way for those who is after some versatility in exercising routine. In addition to this the atmosphere in this school is very pleasant and uplifting, so we also have a lot of fun during our classes. Despite It takes me, and some of the our girls, more than 1 hour to get to the place, and the same time we spend to get home after the classes (... I'm a full time employee) I am very happy to attend this school.”

“My daughter attended Alyssia's school for a year and a half. At first we took ballet class and then we added tap and drama classes. Teachers at Alyssia's school are very friendly and my daughter really enjoys dancing here and is happy during the 2 hours each week. The location of the school is also great, I can drop my daughter off and then go for a stroll down Marylebone high street for a cup of coffee, it's a relaxing experience.”

“Anna is a lovely tutor and I really enjoyed her lessons. I was new to Ballroom & Latin, but she and the class were very welcoming. We mainly focused on technique and would normally do 2 different dances a month. It would be easiest to bring a partner, but I didn't have one and it was no problem. Thoroughly recommend.”

“I joined the Salsa teaching training on 2 with Maria and it's been fantastic. we have reviewed the Salsa theory, psychological concepts and then we started the actual practice. During the theory session, Maria provided me the right material (songs with different timing, the explanation for Salsa on 2) and afterward, we have reviewed all the footwork for leading and following. She dedicates all the attention even for the minimum detail. I felt so lucky when I started with her my teaching training and I have to say that She is one of the rare dance teachers that She invests in you. If you would like to start the Salsa teaching training is the best teacher that you could work with because She has a very high knowledge of different Salsa styles and especially is competent and organized.
