“Rhythm & Vibes Dance Co is a WHOLE VIBE @Salsa Temple! By providing multiple different levels for their classes they make it easy to find the right entry point for you and will coach you through the levels as you progress. They also host socials almost every night they run which is really unique to them and allows you to practice and compound what you learn in the lessons which is super valuable. The teachers themselves are both excellent dancers and instructors. The vibes overall is always good humoured, energetic and fun.”

She has absolutely loved doing the shows especially the big shows in a theatre. We love all the teachers and there is nothing they won’t do for you. “I've been taking Belly Dancing lessons for half a year, from Marta, Sandra, and Farrah. All three ladies are excellent teachers. They make sure to repeat the moves so you remember and master them over time. As is the case with every dance, practice makes perfect. It's a ladies-only class, students of all ages and walks of life are welcomed. You can progress from one level to the next, as well as sign up for multiple (paid) lessons in the same week, should you wish to practice a little bit more. These belly dancing lessons are my favourite part of the week; they allow me to relax and have fun, providing a welcome relief during a stressful work week.”

“Amanda taught my daughter in private virtual acrobatics classes. She was always very professional and knowledgeable. Amanda spent a good amount of time focusing on proper technique and progressions that were holistic and based on correct biomechanics. My daughter gained a lot of strength and flexibility through her lessons and learned to be mindful of her technique. Amanda also made sure to instill discipline in regular practice while also explaining corrections. We love Amanda!”
