“Really, really lovely pizza in the evenings. Possibly the best in the Crystal Palace / Penge / Beckenham area? Don't let the front of the shop fool you, there is a lovely dining area in the back with a live grape vine covering the ceiling. With the peak summer evening heat and some Europop being played it was almost like being on the Mediterranean! Seems like they prefer people to book in advance, but they accepted our unannounced group of five, and we all seriously enjoyed our food. Definitely going back.”

“The best Indian takeaway in North West London by a mile. I have been ordering from this place for over a year and the food just keeps getting better and better. The Chef knows his trade. I order weekly the set meal for 2 priced at £42. Its amazing and has a variety of dishes like Lamb Karahi and chicken tikka and sheek kebabs. A + rate service. No complaints.”

“Hilarious. The staff are wearing what looks like security cameras. I was sat near a couple that were having a loud and drunken argument. An old man was just staring at me from his pint of I assume some guest ale, then averted his gaze when I stared back. “Presentation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taste: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don't want to raise anyone's expectations of this place, but in my personal opinion, this is the closest to authentic Japanese cuisine that I've ever had, especially when there's plenty of Japanese restaurants around the area. Their plating was really well done, just like fine dining. The taste of the food was just as good as the presentation, and the amount of care put into making it can be felt through tasting the dishes, especially the wagyu beef roll which just melts in your mouth. Experience was better than I expected as the server we had, which looked like the manager was really good at doing her job, and the way she interacted with us was like she was a friend, which shows how experienced she was at dealing with customers. Overall, my friends and I enjoyed it and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a new place to eat Japanese food with a fair price around London, Soho.”

“The community rebuilt this park cafe and it is an excellent facility enjoyed by everyone who uses the park and Claygate Primary School. On a sunny weekend you will see many groups and families playing games, having fun, eating ice creams, with drinks etc. Food gets 4 stars only because it is not Michelin starred.”

“It's all in the name! Great food in a modern and laid-back setting, with options for vegetarians and vegans. I got the Samosa Chole Chaat and the Jackfruit Biryani. Both were seasoned exquisitely, and rich in flavor. The chole chaat had offered a nice contrast with it's use of chutney, while the biryani was laden with spices. I thought I'd never learn to like jackfruit, but there's a first for everything! Would come back again on my next visit to London.”

Pizza and Parmigiana were nice as a main but not as much as the starters, those were top. The chef must be really good skilled in handling fish dishes I guess, and we'll definitely be back to try more. Service was attentive and not obtrusive.”
