“Just to understand this review, it is for Hygienist Oormila and her nurse Janari. Isn't for the entire dental clinic. Finally, she is a hygienist who pays attention to her job. Calm, slow with attention for each tooth. Follow the hygienic steps. Regarding the previous experience, when I was washed more on my face than my thees and finished in less than 5 mins everything. From trade to trade, I appreciate when someone does the proper job. Thank you, Oormila.”

“Asmeen has been my hygienist since 2022, and I honestly cannot thank her enough. I am a very nervous patient and Asmeen is always cheerful and welcoming, which instantly helps to calm my nerves. She is very professional, she’s thorough in her examinations and treatments, always explaining what she’s doing, working gently, and ensuring I’m comfortable throughout. What I particularly appreciate is that she takes the time to offer helpful oral hygiene advice and encourages me with tips on how I can improve. “I've had such good experiences with this dental surgery. My dentist, Liane, makes me feel seen as she remembers me so well each time and it really feels like she cares about me and my teeth. She is so personable and professional, along with her assistant too. The actual procedures on my teeth have all been very good. “A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. “Honestly, I couldn’t recommend Dr Sami Bissassu enough. I’m someone who’s genuinely scared of going to the dentist, but he made me feel completely at ease. He’s incredibly professional, gentle, reassuring, and patient. He takes the time to explain everything and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. “Had agonising toothache for the last two days which preventing me from sleeping. It only felt good when cold water was in my mouth, meaning I was unable to leave the bathroom sink. Almost instantly I was numbed up, no messing around with small talk or anything, just straight to the point. “Do you have any allergies” then almost instantly injected and feeling the pain that aches for two days stopping sleep disappear. They removed the cracked filling giving me pain and provided a new one, I’ve not had pain ever since. 10/10 if I didn’t live in Yorkshire this would be my local dentist”

“We found little rascals on Google as did not want to return to any other groomer we had used for our little yorkie charlie. Today we took him along. We talked about the way in which we liked him cut the groomer was lovely and took on board everything we said. We were told about 1.5 hours and he would be ready. Wow I went back to collect him and was so pleased with his cut. His nails got cut too his ears cleaned all part of the great service ... I won't be looking for any other groomer now we have this one. . Thank you miklaw”
