“I recently completed a course of scaling and root planing treatment with Dr Mish Sachdev at Gentle Dental Care, and I am so glad I finally went ahead with it after putting it off for years. From the initial consultation, Dr Mish was reassuring. The treatment was carried out over two sessions and, thanks to the careful use of local anaesthetic, it was completely pain-free. I was initially worried I would not be able to eat properly afterwards, but the discomfort was very minimal, nothing like having a tooth extracted, and I was back to normal far sooner than expected. I also had some chips to my teeth, which were well taken care of by one of Dr Mish’s colleagues (Dr Ram Laxmikanthan) at the practice. It was great to have everything dealt with in one place, and the team really worked together to resolve all my dental concerns in a holistic and efficient way. I attended four hygienist appointments afterwards, which were very helpful in improving my brushing technique and maintaining the results. My gums feel much healthier and I have noticed fresher breath and less bleeding since. Everyone at the practice, from the reception team to the dental assistants, was warm, professional and supportive. If you are anxious about scaling and root planing, don’t be. Dr Mish and the Gentle Dental Care team will take the time to answer all your questions and ensure your comfort at every stage.”

What really impressed me was her honesty — she told me she doesn’t believe in quick fixes and prefers to treat things properly. I was genuinely surprised (in the best way) because instead of just taking my money and going ahead with bonding, she recommended that I see a specialist orthodontist for braces. Since Innovadent doesn’t currently have an orthodontist or offer braces, it meant she was putting my best interests above everything else, which is rare to find. I’ve been to larger practices before where they were happy to give me bonding straightaway without explaining why it might not be right for me. Rosh was the first to give me the full picture, and I really appreciated that honesty and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back for other treatments, just because of how much I loved Rosh!
