We were let down by the original entertainer we had booked for my daughter’s 5th birthday on the morning of the party - Gordon was recommended to us and a couple of hours later was at our house and put on a fabulous show. The owner is so lovely and helpful also, it's just like shopping and trying on clothes with your friends! Always a bonus on event nights, when you can shop with a prosecco!! If there is anything you don't see in there, she is always more than happy to try and source it for you!”

“Great service, great price, option to book (which is a big win for me) - and staff are very friendly. Sam does a great job every time cutting my hair - I've tried other barbers in the area, and by far his service has been the best in my opinion. Also highly recommended for kids - they have the car (which works!) for kids to sit in while getting their hair cut, Sam talks to your kid while cutting their hair (this helps reassure my son as he can get a bit nervous), and there's a great haircut at the end of it. All for a very reasonable price. Thanks!”

“Rubix Events were lovely, professional and reasonably priced! They provided a compact photo booth with red carpet treatment and props, we requested to print our photos out and the quality was very good - we even got to have custom filter for the party! They also provided number lights which lit up the room! They were prepared with their own lighting as well and were discreet, as this was a surprise birthday set up - it all went smoothly. They also had a person on standby all night to help guests with the booth. From booking to the actual event they did an amazing job and I would certainly hire them again~”

“Had the best eyelashes ever done by Agnes. AB Beauty Studio in 53 Aesthetics. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. I have a bad back and was worried about lying down straight for 3 hours. When I walked into the studio, I was amazed; the room was luxurious with a really comfortable high-tech bed, which was ergonomic and bent to my design. I was so comfortable. I visited on the hottest day of the year but was actually a bit chilly by the end! As the air conditioning was so good. The experience was relaxing, the decor delectable and the ambience ajouter with the choice of music to listen to. The patience, care and attention that was taken to apply each one of my lashes individually unbelievable. The end result: divine. I love my fabulous new look. I wanted a false lash look, and AB Beauty Studio certainly delivered! I have already booked my next appointment. These lashes have lasted through thick and thin. Im so pleased with them. Honestly best lashes in Croydon. I regret forking out money before for lashes that fell out straight away. 5 stars. Booked skin facial for my Son at 53 aesthetics. Being a family owned & run business the atmosphere in the salon is very friendly and relaxed, which is perfect for me as I am very low maintenance! I left the salon feeling a thousand times better and full of helpful tips and advice on how to get the best out of my new hair colour, and really happy knowing I have found a great new local salon. They also have a beauty therapy room, run by Lauren the therapist, who does nails, waxing & massages etc, didn’t have a treatment this time, next time!
