“Recently got a haircut that just wasn’t right, and I was pretty anxious about getting it fixed. But, Angelo came to the rescue! As someone in the hairdressing industry myself, I could immediately tell that he knew his craft inside and out. He effortlessly corrected the previous cut, and the results were spot on. The ambiance of the barbershop was welcoming, too. At first, I assumed it was just another barbershop with a random name, but I learned it’s named after the main man, Angelo. A cool touch, if you ask me. If you’re looking for a cut from a pro who truly understands hair, Angelo’s your guy! ^^”

“We had previously used Price Kitchens (15 years ago) and were really happy with the service and quality of the product. When the time came for a new kitchen we shopped around but Price Kitchens continued to be the obvious choice. The price was competitive and the design, supply and installation service offered fitted our needs better than the service that other companies were offering. I had worried that the business had changed ownership but reading the other reviews and chatting it through with Dan put my mind at rest. Had I not read about the change of ownership in a review I would not ever have known. The service this year was just as wonderful as fifteen years ago. Dan was incredibly patient with us requesting little adjustments on so many occasions and the layout of our new kitchen fully reflects how we wanted to use the new space. I had a good idea about how I wanted the kitchen to look but the little details that Dan suggested like curved end panels and the upper glass cabinets have made such a difference. Dan worked incredibly hard to find a wine cooler that met our very specific wish list and it fits the design perfectly. I felt that he was always on top of every detail. Reece and Dorian made the installation process pain free. They spotted little areas where some minor tweaks could be made and worked with Dan to get extra panels to improve the boxing around our existing fridge. The ordering, delivery and installation process was seamless. The updates from Jackie on timings were fantastic. Inevitably there are always going to be little snagging points. Jackie was brilliant at dealing with a quirky tap issue and sourcing the part to fix the problem. We love our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Price Kitchens or use them again.”

“I have tried several treatments at Wellness Therapy Centre: Acupuncture with Sarah Joseph - this was my first time trying acupuncture; it was an amazing experience and I loved it. I've heard the term 'holistic treatment' before and after my session with Sarah I think I I finally understand what it means. The pre-treatment session was really thorough and I felt like I got a therapy session for free! The acupuncture itself was fantastic. It was very calming and relaxing and after my session I felt lighter like a weight had been lifted. Chiropody with Michaela - my feet had a lot of hard skin and I had pretty much given up on them ever looking nice. She did such a fantastic job of removing the hard skin and pampering my feet that after the treatment my socks felt softer! She also gave me good tips on how to take care of them and now several months later my feet still feel better than they did before the treatment. Reflexology with Gillian - I really enjoyed this treatment too. it was amazing how much Gillian picked up about the rest of my body from working on my feet. I'd swear I could feel toxins leave my body afterwards. I find all the staff at this centre to be really friendly, professional and helpful and I look forward to booking more sessions in the future.”

“Absolutely fantastic! The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked with a crispy golden batter, and the chips were fluffy on the inside and wonderfully crispy on the outside. The portions were generous, and everything tasted amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. Whether you’re after a quick takeaway or a sit-down meal, this place is a gem. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend!”

“Highly recommend! Would definitely return again. I was initially pretty anxious about dropping off our 14 year old cat L who had never been to a cattery before. I did a lot of research beforehand and Farm Cottage had good reviews, so thought I'd give it a go. They welcome visits if you like before you drop your cat off so that you can check out their facilities etc. I didn't do this due to my own time constraints. However, I was pleased when I dropped L off and they allowed me to sit in her pen with her for as long as I liked to get her settled. I brought her favourite blanket and pillow with me so that she had something familiar with too and this was welcomed. They also support cats with conditions. L suffers with cystitis so I gave the Cattery her medication to provide to her during her stay. The Cattery is also located right next door to a vets, so you have that assurance that if there were any issues a vets is just 1 minute away! One of the best things about this place is that they are happy for you to come and visit your cat whenever (during opening hours). When I was enquiring about catteries, some other places said that visits were not allowed! Obviously for peace of mind you want to see how your cat is doing etc. I visited L one weekend and it was lovely to see her in high spirits. Thank you to Dan and the team for looking after L! I'll be sure to return in the future.”

“had a great experience being tattooed here by the lovely kieran, very sentimental tattoos done with care and precision. the space is very welcoming with artists chatting to you, the owner is lovely and it was just an extremely chilled tattoo experience in an inclusive space. Highly recommend!”

“Amazing shop, the vibe is on point. My son had a lip piercing today, and an hour later wanted another piercing on his lip. They gave really truthful advice and said to leave it a week and let the swelling go down. I feel other shops would of just booked him in regardless. So safety for the client was the priority, not taking peoples money just for the sake of it.”

“Little Taiwan with its vibrancy and sense of welcoming soft and peaceful atmosphere in the middle of modern glass and concrete environment. I highly recommend its place for its character, service and of course food! We have ordered all vegetarian dishes and were well fed with beautifully served on a plate very tasty, authentic food! My son and myself have had an impression that we have been lucky to be a guest at some Taiwanese family home and were pampered with a well cooked home food! I promise you, you will not regret a minute when you decided to give BaoBao place a try! If you will order from them a delivery, you will get it all beautifully packed and a smiling cat will definitely cheer you up!”

“Just went for the first time and it certainly won’t be my last. It’s an excellent menu, really great options. A good mix of hearty stuff, but nice lighter options too. Meat, fish and veggie options. The place is clean and beautiful, service was spot on and the food was fresh and really well cooked. Absolutely delicious! The prices are really good. Pint of Amstel is £5.50 which is rare these days. The portions were also generous. Can’t wait to go back!”

“I had an incredible experience at El Patio Spanish Tapas Restaurant tonight! The staff made us feel truly special, and meeting them added a personal touch to our evening. The food was out of this world, especially the chicken – the best I've tasted in years, reminiscent of my time in Spain. “lovely staff and good amount of seating area. i had the cinnamon roll more than once it was very nice! not everyone can perfect the roll but it suited my preference for it well. there’s an upstairs with a lighter environment great for doing work and a downstairs area which is a bit moodier but a nice place to read books just depending on your preference.”

“We found this hidden gem by accident, were passing by, mistook it for a small local shop, and popped in for a bottle of milk. Half an hour after wandering around this amazing tardis of a shop, in complete awe of the size of the shop and selection of produce, we came out with three bottles of wine and almost a week's worth of shopping! I am a retired convenience store owner myself and, after 40 years in the sector, can safely say, this is the best convenience store you will likely find anywhere in the UK. Plus the staff were all extremely friendly! Well done to the owner of this shop and all their staff, this is a masterclass on how a convenience shop should be run.”
