“It's very easy to tell that Sarah is a 'cat person'. The setup is lovely and I was amazed as how easily my two cats settled in to the room for the 6 days they were to spend here. On return home they were so chilled out and it felt to us a good indication of the care they'd been given during their stay. My son absolutely loved the postcard that arrived the next day from the cats saying what a great time they were having too! Everything felt like the cats are the priority over all else, with an appreciation that it can be stressful leaving your animals with someone else when you go away. We will absolutely be using Dulverton again, thank you Sarah.”

Lorraine clearly cares a great deal about the animals staying with her and we really appreciated that Lorraine shared a photo of Harley on the Now Boarding Croydon Facebook page while we were on holiday so we could see how he was getting on. “We recently held an event at Grand Sapphire, and everything was handled well. The venue is stunning, with an atmosphere that made our occasion feel special. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience stress-free. A big thank you to Zara Malik, who managed our event. She wasvery organized, proactive, and constantly checking in to make sure everything went smoothly. She also helped us with the leftover food, which we appreciated. “This place is AMAZING. Im staying there at the minute and it was my birthday, my mum mentioned to staff briefly. And unofficially they delivered birthday balloons and a birthday card to my room. The hotel has such an amazing vibe to it for such a cheap price. Theres so many stores nearby, me and my friend went to an asian convenience store nearby! You NEED to come here!”

“Had a great stay at Premier Inn! Ram, our host, made the experience extra special — he surprised us with a bottle of prosecco and chocolates as we were there for a special occasion, which was such a lovely touch. The highlight for us was definitely the reception — open 24/7 and always so friendly and helpful. “Rashmi, the Duty Manager, has consistently provided outstanding service every time I’ve stayed at this Premier Inn. This isn’t the first time she has attended to me, and each experience with her has been nothing short of excellent. The very first time I came here, the lift wasn’t working and I had very heavy luggage. I was stressed, but Rashmi handled the situation with so much patience, kindness, and calmness. She reassured me, made me feel completely at ease, and even arranged a room closer so that it wouldn’t be difficult or tiring for me. That thoughtful gesture has stayed with me. Since then, every time I’ve returned, Rashmi has always shown the same level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. She remembers guests, she listens, and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is comfortable. People like Rashmi are the reason guests return. She is an absolute credit to the hotel, and I’m truly grateful for all her help.”

“Lovely hotel with nice and modern rooms and so convenient by being located right beside East Croydon Station. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of choices and for everyones tastes. We stayed a few days. Special thanks to Manoj who provided us with an attentive and excellent service.”

“She rebonded my gerbils when they fell out. Not only that, she helped me figure out exactly WHY the falling out happened and taught me how she bonded them so when the time came and one died, I was able to successfully rebind myself”

“Looks exactly like the pictures. Clean and quite. There are no hairdryers in the room but reception can provide one if needed. Super close to the train station and major shopping area. Plenty of food options close by. Staff friendly and helpful.”

“This hotel is modern, clean and central. I am a croydon girl who returned for a family party. Croydo seemed pretty chilled. The rooms were well equipes. The staff at the hotel were welcomming and accommodating and most of all friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying again.”

“A nice hotel with the carpark at the front, there's no lift only stairs, the rooms are large and there are no bath tubs. There is an interconnecting door from Travelodge to Toby Carvey, it's located between the hotel reception and the stair case, it's easy not to notice it, I only noticed it when I was in Toby Carvey and went to the Gents toilets which is actually in Travelodge side.”

The cattery features spacious, individual pens equipped with multi-level shelving, scratching posts, and individual heating for maximum comfort. Specialized care includes the administration of medications, adherence to specific dietary requirements, and regular health monitoring.

“Highly recommend! Would definitely return again. I was initially pretty anxious about dropping off our 14 year old cat L who had never been to a cattery before. I did a lot of research beforehand and Farm Cottage had good reviews, so thought I'd give it a go. They welcome visits if you like before you drop your cat off so that you can check out their facilities etc. I didn't do this due to my own time constraints. However, I was pleased when I dropped L off and they allowed me to sit in her pen with her for as long as I liked to get her settled. I brought her favourite blanket and pillow with me so that she had something familiar with too and this was welcomed. They also support cats with conditions. L suffers with cystitis so I gave the Cattery her medication to provide to her during her stay. The Cattery is also located right next door to a vets, so you have that assurance that if there were any issues a vets is just 1 minute away! One of the best things about this place is that they are happy for you to come and visit your cat whenever (during opening hours). When I was enquiring about catteries, some other places said that visits were not allowed! Obviously for peace of mind you want to see how your cat is doing etc. I visited L one weekend and it was lovely to see her in high spirits. Thank you to Dan and the team for looking after L! I'll be sure to return in the future.”

“Zoe's has been a wonderful second home for our dogs for the last four years. Our current springer gets so excited that she tries to drag me to Zoe's front door. Whether it's day care or boarding, Zoe and her family are utterly dedicated to the welfare of the dogs they look after; they are endlessly enthusiastic and inventive as we see in the photos and short videos Zoe sometimes sends us. We can't speak too highly of Zoe's Doggy Daycare”

“The staff were very lovely, they worked with a smile on their face which was refreshing. The room was clean, bedding towels, bathroom etc. The heater was easy to work and warmed up the room relatively quickly. The only thing missing was a hairdryer which was disappointing.”

In September I visited with my two great friends, one of whom was was celebrating her engagement. The staff were fabulous, food was delicious, and the setting was gorgeous. “Peter house sat to look after our Labrador for ten days while we were on holiday. Buddy was well cared for, walked every day and we received videos and pictures of him having a great time in the park. The house was also well looked after and Peter kindly managed to fix a tap that had been broken for a while which was an added bonus! Would highly recommend Peter for house sits, we’ll be using him again.”

“Reception staff are extremely efficient and friendly nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is very clean , basic ,but a good price for the quality and there is ample parking. The entrance from parking is shared with flats and its appearance is a bit grubby, but don’t be put off. Thank you”
