Explained every aspect of the care and involved me and the children in every decision in care planning for my children, on both occasions. They were calm and very patient with my children. They answered all my and my children's questions.. I found them to be very humble and respectful towards our needs. “Bluebell Ward B at Queens hospital have very caring, patient and courteous nursing staff. I have no idea how they do it. They’re busy nursing yet constantly plagued with requests from elderly patients for tea/water/food (despite these things being in front of patients). One patient had them running round like servants/staff in a 5 star hotel yet they are still pleasant and patient with her - amazing!”
