“Long story short: it’s Sunday, our reception is on Friday, and we didn’t have our rings yet. We went to many shops but couldn’t find our sizes. I found Jewel Box on Google Maps and called, it was the only shop that picked up the phone. Nicky said he wasn’t working that day, but he would be in the shop early Monday morning. He assured me he could have the rings ready by Friday with no problem. I went there the next day, and he was spot on, as I didn’t have much time. He promised the rings would be ready by Wednesday morning. We’ve just picked them up, and Nicky proved to be a man of his word.
