“Happy to make changes like putting some meat separate and some in a pitta which is really useful, when they are flexible about how the food is given to you and they aren't precious about a set menu. Only thing I'd point out to them is to make sure to use a set of tongs to turn the raw chicken skewers over, and once this is cooked on the outside, move to a different part of the grill and finish it off, by using another pair of tongs. You'd avoid any chance of cross contamination this way. Same goes for the pittas and wraps being warmed up - use another clean pair of tongs to avoid customers having second thoughts about their stomachs getting through the night ok..”

“We are regular guests at the Sutton Holiday Inn and have always received a warm welcome from reception and the restaurant staff. The breakfast choice is adequate but good and the restaurant choice is varied. There is also plenty of parking which is free for guests.”

I visited Bar + Block in Sutton and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jessie, who was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. Jessie anticipated our needs effortlessly and made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. She knew the menu inside out and gave spot on recommendations. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet genuinely personable, she really elevated the entire dining experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious, everything was cooked to perfection. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Jessie again.”

“Sweet hidden gem for all you coffee fanatics out there. Had the Kenya batch brew filter which was yum also picked up a bag of Colombia Buenos Aires which is a peach fruit bomb. Do yourself a favor get it before it gone. Bru the owner roast his own beans and he does a fantastic job.”

“Can’t get enough of this place: The perfect combination of great food, amazing service, and the perfect location. The food is far superior than your average pub; one could even say it’s gourmet. I suggest you try the steaks and a variety of their appetizers and wash them down with carefully crafted beverages. “Very excited to have a new Thai place in town, we had to try it out - and it was delicious! Satay was amazing, prawn tempura was great, and the curry and rice was very filling, great flavour. Also, at the restaurant they have a really neat porch area where they hand you the food, contact free. Nice to see that building finally used. Might have to eat-in next time, it’s great. X”

“I drove past Love Crepe yesterday and decided to visit with my daughter today. Love Crepe was brilliant, lovely atmosphere, the food was great and the cost very reasonable. I had the brunch crepe and my daughter had the banana split crepe and they were great. I would strongly recommend. They cater for kids well and the customer service was excellent.”
