“best Indian cuisine in the Barnet area by some distance, absolutely superb”

“Had to share my feedback on this place. I usually visit on a Friday after my therapy session at Barnet hospital which is around the corner. Every single time I visit this place everyone is ridiculously polite and kind to me. I hope you know how much of a positive impact you make on my mood and day when I come in feeling so vulnerable after therapy. You guys are the best!”

“Popped into in today and shared a bowl of nachos with my wife, absolutely the best nachos I think I’ve ever had. We opted for pulled pork and guacamole. All the ingredients were fresh and vibrant. Will 100% be back to sample more from this menu. Apologies for not taking a photo before we ate it but I didn’t think it was going to be so good so hopefully the picture still shows how great it was.”

“Ordered take away recently from Loon Wah for my family and I. The food came just before the ETA that was mentioned on the phone, no complaints here for a Saturday evening. Food came hot and tasty, and wasn't like our past experiences elsewhere. We will definitely continue ordering Chinese from here going forward. I can see some reviewers mentioning about the pricing, to be honest in today's climate, it's money well spent for a takeaway. It's not like it's restaurant prices or anything.”

“I’ve lived around the corner from The Boulevard for 20 years, and that’s exactly how long I’ve been coming here. What first appears like a private club behind frosted glass, actually becomes a mid size restaurant, private dining room and bar recently refurbished. Step inside for a proper Indian menu, not some westernised pretend curry house, many of the dishes you may not have seen before. It’s a great menu, the chefs and staff have been here years and they certainly know what they’re doing. And it’s great for Sky Sports too, what’s not to like?!”

“Beautiful cafe with plenty of space, the staff are so attentive and friendly and the food and drinks are well priced. Everything is always spotless, I have been here many times and never had any issues. Highly recommend for any meal of the day whether dining alone or with others!”

“Me and my husband are very pleased to see the queens reopened.we have recently visited on a number of occasions over the past couple of weeks.each time we have been warmly welcomed and well looked after by all the staff we have met especially faith and Nathan who both seem very passionate about making the pub a success and care about the customer's experience and opinions.we had fish and chips on Friday, which was not only great value as it came with a drink for £13:95 but was also delicious. We will definitely be back to eat here again.”

“I have been to Middeys on several occasions and they offer a wide-range of excellent halal dishes. The drinks are also superb - I love the lychee bubbles - and the service is fantastic place. It is very popular but have gone several times without needing to book.”

“I only ever order from here when I want Thai food! It’s honestly my favourite spot in North london. So tasty and authentic, portion sizes are great and the standard is consistently great too! My favourites are the Tom Yum soup, Thai basil chicken and the drunken noodles. Mak aroy! Izzy x”

“We had the Christmas menu. It was delicious from start to finish. Although it was all incredible, the marmalade ice cream was very special. Staff were all fantastic even on a very busy evening. Polite, friendly and very efficient.Two tiny disappointments were a lack of festive arrangements on the tables and no winter ales on tap but in no way deflected from a lovely evening, at a very fair price. Thanks to all.”

It’s consistently been my go-to spot for Persian food in London, and in my opinion, they serve the best Persian cuisine in the city. Highly recommend!”

“Went for a small family meal and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the friendly professional service and welcoming atmosphere. Word or warning though try to hold back on the starters so you have space for the main course. Food range and quality better than the average Chinese restaurant and very reasonably priced.
