“Ordered take away recently from Loon Wah for my family and I. The food came just before the ETA that was mentioned on the phone, no complaints here for a Saturday evening. Food came hot and tasty, and wasn't like our past experiences elsewhere. We will definitely continue ordering Chinese from here going forward. I can see some reviewers mentioning about the pricing, to be honest in today's climate, it's money well spent for a takeaway. It's not like it's restaurant prices or anything.”

“I’ve lived around the corner from The Boulevard for 20 years, and that’s exactly how long I’ve been coming here. What first appears like a private club behind frosted glass, actually becomes a mid size restaurant, private dining room and bar recently refurbished. Step inside for a proper Indian menu, not some westernised pretend curry house, many of the dishes you may not have seen before. It’s a great menu, the chefs and staff have been here years and they certainly know what they’re doing. And it’s great for Sky Sports too, what’s not to like?!”

“Beautiful cafe with plenty of space, the staff are so attentive and friendly and the food and drinks are well priced. Everything is always spotless, I have been here many times and never had any issues. Highly recommend for any meal of the day whether dining alone or with others!”

“Me and my husband are very pleased to see the queens reopened.we have recently visited on a number of occasions over the past couple of weeks.each time we have been warmly welcomed and well looked after by all the staff we have met especially faith and Nathan who both seem very passionate about making the pub a success and care about the customer's experience and opinions.we had fish and chips on Friday, which was not only great value as it came with a drink for £13:95 but was also delicious. “I have been to Middeys on several occasions and they offer a wide-range of excellent halal dishes. The drinks are also superb - I love the lychee bubbles - and the service is fantastic place. It is very popular but have gone several times without needing to book.”

“We had the Christmas menu. It was delicious from start to finish. Although it was all incredible, the marmalade ice cream was very special. Staff were all fantastic even on a very busy evening. Polite, friendly and very efficient.Two tiny disappointments were a lack of festive arrangements on the tables and no winter ales on tap but in no way deflected from a lovely evening, at a very fair price. “Visited Mayhill’s for the first time last night and my friends and I absolutely loved it! The food was exceptional, the tiger prawns were hands down the best we’ve ever eaten! The drinks were delicious, the service was excellent. The DJ and belly dancer were great but we would’ve liked more entertainment for a Saturday night but other than that we’d highly recommend it.”

“Only had a tenner cash - asked for their suggestion for food which understandably is a big ask. I got a delicious sweet and sour main as well as a fried rice for just under ten pounds. The food was amazing, service was amazing for accepting my request, and last of all I spent no more than 5 minutes waiting for my food. Good £10 well spent.”

“This small mom and pop take-out shop serves good Chinese food that will not alarm or confuse local appetites. Been back a few times and it has not disappointed yet. However they only accept cash - no cards. Looks like they do a decent amount of delivery too. Friendly staff.”

“Very nice food i've ordered from here for 10 or 11 years. Staff are always friendly and helpful and it always a quick delivery. My go to dishes i highly recommend are: the crispy fish in three taste sauce, chicken panang, mixed seafood salad, Thai fish cakes and the pad Thai. Always lovely food here if you like Thai food give this place a try”
