“Puregen Clinic was recommended by a friend. I went for an initial consultation and to try a laser peel, since I haven't had that treatment before. I've had consultations before at some acclaimed clinics, but this is by far the most professional consultation I had so far. Mr Djordjevic didn't spare time to explain to me the particularities of my skin. He gave much valued lifestyle and nutritionist advice without trying to sell me anything - and concluded by what combination of treatments at his clinic would be suitable for me. I ended up going for the light laser treatment that has made my skin look wonderful. I really appreciate being consulted from start to the end of the treatment on how do I feel, is it painful etc and given the opportunity to check in a mirror each section of my face after being done. I was warned that my face might get red and blotchy after the treatment for a day or two. However, I only had a little redness on the day of the treatment that had dispersed by the morning. Apparently, this clinic is still very new, but, oh my, looks like no expense has been spared in the best machines currently on market! They also have a boutique style gym that runs yoga & Pilates sessions three times per week, and the interior design is an elegant fusion of minimalism & art gallery, with a relaxing vibe about it. Looking forward to try other treatments at Puregen and join Lily's gym Saturday 120 mins workouts.”

“Visited the Runnymede hospital mainly for physio. My allocated physiotherapist was Joseph who has been amazing. He really listened to me throughout my visits and adjusted my exercises to match my many varied needs. He’s clearly very knowledgeable, in addition to exercises he also told my about shockwave therapy which is a noninvasive therapy (much better than blanket steroid injections typically offered by other therapists for pain management) and promotes actual healing. “Dr Trudie saw my daughter after her school recommended she get help for her exam related anxiety. Trudie made an assessment and predicted that the root cause was ADHD. She proposed that my daughter do the test, and that depending on the result we would look into appropriate medication. The test concluded that ADHD was a factor and Dr Trudie recommended a course of medication. She was very clear about the possible side effects associated with the medication. She was also extremely supportive and made herself available in case there were any adverse effects. The benefits of the medication were immediate with very few side effects, and the focus increased dramatically whilst the anxiety disappeared. Dr Trudie worked with our local GP so that third party care could ensue and my daughter who has now finished school feels that she can manage her care going forward. As a family - We are very grateful to Dr Trudie for helping us get through a difficult time and we feel very lucky to have been under her care. We would recommend her unreservedly.”
