“I was super happy with this service. I received very fast responses from Alan and he was very professional. I was having a painting sent internationally from the UK to the US. Everything went super smoothly. They picked up when they said they would and they packed the package amazingly well. I was expecting a minimum of 3-5 days to receive it and maybe up to 2-3 weeks for customs. I couldn't believe it but we ended up receiving the package next working day (plus a weekend). We have used them on a few occasions for airport transfers and their kind, helpful service from South Ockendon is brilliant. We especially want to express our thanks to Kerry, Brian, and our driver Alan, who went above and beyond to help and support us when our EasyJet flight was delayed by 28 hours. They were just wonderful when we felt stranded and helpless. Would never use anyone else. But the person in the office printing the invoice wrote the wrong location (Moulv/Bazar)instead of ZINDABAZAR SYLHET so it has added more delays to my package which is sitting in Moulvibazar instead of ZINDABAZAR. I sent it on the 15th of March. Got notified by my recipient in sylhet that its ready to collect from Mbazar.
