“Had dinner the first day. It was so good that we came back for dinner the following day. The chicken biryani portion was generous and the taste of all the spices makes it perfect. On the following day we had the Mutton Karahi. Perfectly cooked, the mutton was tender and slightly spicy. Had it with Briyani rice. Try the Aloo Samosa, really lovely, nice spices on the potatoes. Forget the fancy hotel’s food around the area, this is the real deal, value for money.”

“Proper old school cafe with great food options at reasonable prices. Have just moved out the area and gutted as this was just around the corner. Do the best quarter pounder burger (get it with cheese burger sauce and lettuce and onions!). They’ll do whatever you want to order, always cooked fresh and the guy behind the till is a top guy! If you want a fresh sub, sandwich, fried breakfast or burger and in the area this is the place to go. Also great atmosphere of locals, regulars, mix of people.”

“Excellent Turkish Breakfast! We visited on Father’s Day as a table of 6. Luckily we called and booked a table ahead as the place was realllly busy! We ordered the Batz Special (with added sujuk), 2 Shaksuka, Turkish eggs, halal breaky and a kids meal. Everyone loved their food and it was well made. It took a while to get to us but as it was a busy restaurant, it was fine. The atmosphere was nice and the table and chairs were comfortable and spacious where we were seated. The food was really good! The Turkish flavours were really nice and the quality of the food were really good. The portions were really big too. Definitely come back again for it! Customer service by the young lady was good too and she was great and attentive to everyone while the shop was busy.”

The staff are exceptionally friendly, the service is quick and attentive, and the food is simply outstanding. Every dish we tried perfectly captured that authentic Mediterranean-Portuguese vibe – fresh, flavorful, and delightful. What truly stood out was the staff going above and beyond: they kindly helped me pick up a package from the post office next door when I was in a pinch. “Lovely little cafe bar. My second time visiting. Service was fast, food was nice, and staff were friendly. Wheelchair accessible. Coffee is magnificent, along with all the fresh cakes. Ice cream and many desserts are available. You can view the entire selection of cakes. Perfect for families and grandparents' treats. They also do a fabulous Sunday dinner, and the price is reasonable, with portions big enough that I haven't left hungry, just full. Plenty of space, no cramped tables and chairs. Toilets are on-site, and there's a lovely garden seating area too, inside the garden center. Parking is free, with plenty of spaces. Staff are polite, and the cafe queue goes down quickly. Would recommend.”

“The best coffee in the area by some margin, the lady who runs the place is also lovely. On a warm day, the vibe transports you from West Drayton to the Mediterranean coast.”

“Well, this little gem is a must if you can find it. I don’t say this in a negative fashion, it is just not in a densely populated retail area. It sits in a neighborhood adjacent to LHR. What makes it special is its homey feel and the locals that patronize it. It is old, really old. Like 1534 old. If you love plane spotting, well you will be in Heaven as planes take of over your head. Sadly, we didn’t have time to order food but our cask conditioned ales hit the spot before our flight back home. We will be back. It is a must if you are staying the night near the airport and have some time to visit.”

“Well what can I say, we held a celebration Christmas office lunch for our staff and from start to finish the service and food was amazing, we had chosen a selection of curries (butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, chicken shashlik, lamb bhuna, vegetable karahi, mattor paneer) rice and sundries for 46 guests for collection, on arrival we were seated and asked if we wanted a drink, the food was all boxed up and we were helped to the car. At the office we had food warmers although the foil containers kept the remaining items warm throughout, each and every dish was delicious, everyone enjoyed it so much and there were compliments all round, it really made our lunch feel special, thank you so much Achari, we will definitely be ordering again!”

“A&H World Foods in West Drayton has quickly become one of my favourite spots for picking up unique and authentic ingredients. If you love cooking and experimenting with different cuisines, this place is a little treasure trove. The store is packed with a fantastic range of products from all over the world — spices, sauces, snacks, and fresh produce you don’t usually find in regular supermarkets. I love browsing through the aisles and discovering new things to try. Plus, the prices are really reasonable given the quality and variety on offer. What I appreciate most is the friendly, welcoming vibe of the staff. They’re always ready to offer advice or help if you’re looking for something specific, which makes shopping here a breeze even if you’re not familiar with some of the products. Whether you’re after ingredients for a special recipe or just want to explore new flavours, A&H World Foods is a great place to visit. It’s become my go-to for anything a bit different and adds a lot of flavour to my cooking adventures.”

“Probably my favourite pizza place around me! I love that the food is all Halal and the service is super amazing! They are really kind, efficient and helpful. Oh yeah and the gogo dash app is actually kinda fun! My only nitpick is like parking is a bit difficult but I guess you can park in the GP nearby and it’s not that expensive to park. The pizza prices are really reasonable! It’s great here and I fully recommend!”

“Found this absolute gem near the airport and I swear this is the BEST Indian food I’ve had in London or anywhere outside India. The chole is rich and flavorful, the veg biryani is perfectly spiced and aromatic, and I was so blown away I packed loads to take home (and still regret not buying more!). The place is small and unassuming but the food is on another level, and the owner is the sweetest, warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they serve. If I could give it 500 stars I would. This spot is a must-visit, no second thoughts.”

“We had a reservation last night for three and the service was impeccable ! We were seated as soon as we arrived, our starters came within 7 mins of ordering…. The smoked lamb chops and the mango chilli prawns were the star of the show. The waiters were so pleasant and came frequently to check on us. We also enjoyed the flaky garlic naan we ordered. It was the best Indian I’ve had in a really long time. It was worth the commute from West London. Would 100% recommend to any one who fancies a good Indian restaurant.”

“I've been shopping at the Tesco Superstore in Uxbridge for quite some time, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The store is spacious, well-organized, and offers a wide range of products, making it convenient for my regular grocery runs. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant shopping environment. However, I have noticed that the older security guard on duty tends to follow customers around the store, which can feel a bit uncomfortable. While I understand the need for security, this behavior can sometimes be off-putting and may affect the overall shopping experience.”

“I order the bhuna sauce, Bombay potatoes with onion, pilau rice and naan bread with mint and mango chutney and without doubt the chef here is amazing. Naan bread never burnt and always fluffy and the bhuna sauce is very tasty. Portion sizes are slightly smaller than other places but so much more nicer and tastier. Very occasionally they send poppadoms and mint sauce and have to say they're absolutely delicious and the nicest I've ever had anywhere. Very friendly staff and always deliver within 30 minutes.”

“Ate here as part of a conference in the hotel / conference space. So the food was of a business buffet variety. Was tasty tho and there was plenty of it. Would eat here again. Felt different from the hotel.”
