“Repaired a flat in well under an hour from the initial inquiry to returning my car keys. Their speediness was especially helpful on the day because I needed to get on the road ASAP to attend a funeral. The guy who served me (I didn't catch his name sadly) was really helpful even though he was on his own that day, and even gave me a complimentary bag for my locking wheel nut which was a nice touch. Would definitely use them again.”

Honest and genuine staff, aftermarket goods are alot more genuine than eBay, and the prices are totally acceptable to the quality AND services within the store. “Sometimes you just hit the jackpot when finding someone randomly on google. Delroy was super polite and easy to communicate with and book using WhatsApp. Delroy and his son Dylan were at our home 15 minutes early and waiting for it to be 0930 before ringing our bell. And then they did an outstanding clean of our driveway and rather large and dirty patio. The pricing was reasonable and great value for money. All the work was done efficiently and to a high standard - and with a smile. I've already recommended him to other friends and put a note on my diary to book them next year”

“Air con broke down on way to Devon during heat wave. Local shop told me there was a leak in the system and couldn't be fixed in time for my departure. We have toddler and no air con in this heat was inconceivable. Called Caroline at Paynes Cars on our way home and from the first word she was absolutely awesome, helpful and knowledgeable. She squeezed me in for an assessment on the same day and everything was sorted in a giffy. There was no leak and the car is blissfully cool again. Can't thank the team at Paynes Cars enough.
