“We gave this takeaway a shot after our neighbours had recommended them in the past. Was not disappointed at all, we were all pleasantly surprised at how tasty and hot the food was when it arrived. We’re amazed at how the spice level is exactly the way we want, they’re very accommodative to such requests. It’s always nice when your curry is tasty as well as edible! I have to commend their service, our order is usually with us hot and within a reasonable time but on one occasion it took slightly longer so we called up the takeaway. The chap on the phone was polite and had let us know that it should be with us shortly and it was! Really fantastic service on collection and delivery always.”

“I had a delightful lunch with my mum recently, where I indulged in a delicious beef burger accompanied by some incredible chips and onion rings. My mum opted for the fish board, and we were both thoroughly impressed with our meals. The pub itself was charming, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our experience even more enjoyable. To top it all off, they allowed me to bring my adorable little dachshund along, who is named Chipolata. The staff were so kind that they even chipolata sausage on the the menu for bar snacks and I didn’t want a whole Portion so allowed me to have half a portion It was such a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and I can't wait to return for another wonderful meal!”

“Beautiful canal-side pub with a great atmosphere! The Pelican in Addlestone is an absolute gem. Set right by the canal, it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. They regularly book some amazing live bands, which really add to the friendly, chilled but lively vibe of the place. I had the moussaka and the honey garlic chicken from the specials menu — both were absolutely divine! You can really tell the food is homemade, full of flavour and care. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great live music, proper food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be visiting again!”

“Recently moved to the area and fancied some fish and chips so though I'd try my new local and I can honestly say I was very pleased! “Didn't know this place existed until very recently. This is an out of the way Venue. It's based in a Beautiful and Tranquil Garden centre. Not the usual over priced TAT that most of these centres are renowned for. Really worth a visit if you're looking for Quality items and something different. Anyway back to the coffee shop. Fabulous Coffee and Hot Chocolate with a great selection of mouthwatering Cakes that I believe are home made. Such a relaxing place that I never knew existed and plenty of free parking. Next time you want a relaxing and Tranquil hour make the journey and call into this unique place at Woburn Hill you will not be disappointed believe me.”
